I came here for a business breakfast and had coffee and an egg dish. It was a cute place with a courtyard but very crowded. It was fairly inexpensive with a coffee house type menu. I asked for my dish with no meat but it arrived with meat (which I don't eat) so I had to send it back. They... More

This is a Venezuelan establishment posing as an European coffee house. The food and coffee are OK, but the service is just atrocious. There are several other bona fide options for bistro food and great coffee; try Chocolate Fashion or Graziano's; both nearby.

This little gem doesn't look like much but has delicious coffees complete with a heart carved into the foam. The six different breakfast specials include eggs, croissants, and your choice of a mocha, latte or cappuccino. In the evening there's tapas and wine and the atmosphere is very comfortable. It doesn't matter if you run the Chamber of Commerce, you... More

The coffee is good and the lattes have the cute sugar/cinnamon heart on the foam, but the recommendation from the hotel was to have the Spanish omelet and it was awful. More like a potato quiche: all potato with a bit of egg to bind it together; very disappointing. Primarily carbs; no veggies. The Demetrio's sandwich, on the other hand,... More

Good coffee and pastries in the area of Coral Gables. I love the ambient and service.

Located on a corner between Alhambra Circle and Miracle Mile, this cafe has limited hours more in keeping with local workers. They have indoor and outdoor seating - very limited space but people stay for awhile to read, play chess, Internet etc. The food is great - slightly different from classical flavors, I had a delicious ham and swisscheese sandwich... We are flying out of Miami and had several hours before flight. We needed a nice quite place to do some computer work and to charge our many electronics. I did a search and found Cafe Demetrio. I am sitting in the cafe as I type. It is lovely! GREAT menu of Bistro style food. I can see electrical outlets... More

This is a small place that offers wonderful coffee and some great dishes for lunch. It has a small terrace for outdoor seating. Really a lovely place, with nice staff working there. I only wish the food is more authentic (Greek/Mediterranean). My only disappointment was the tiramisu, maybe a bit too sweet and too "coffee-less" taste, everything else was perfect!

I love coffee. This place has the best coffee in Miami, in my opinion. You must try the house cappuccino called the "Demetrio" to truly appreciate this coffee joint. Great atmosphere. Good sandwiches and soups. If the weather is nice, there is a lovely little courtyard in the back where you can relax for hours. If you are not a... More

I had a Spanish omelette with a small salad included and a cup of cream of carrot soup. Orders are placed at the counter. Although I had asked for coffee in advance, it subsequently arrived with the meal. The soup was barely warm but flavorful. The "omelette" was actually a potato fritatta of sorts (carb counters beware). Overall, there was... More
