excellent food and stellar service

we enjoyed a delicious tasting menu. from soup to souffle everything was prepared perfectly and well presented. We especially enjoyed the scallop and beef entrees. The staff were prompt but not rushed. Chocolate Souffle for Dessert was simply excellent. Well priced and great wine selection.

This is an expensive restaurant, no doubt about it. But everything is first rate.. the food, the service and the ambiance. We had the cheese souffle which was very good, then the lamb which was done three ways (perhaps we would have preferred lamb chops only) and last we had a lovely pistachio souffle dessert. All expertly done and served.... More

First time here and it was delightful. We dine at the bar when we can and this was a nice atmosphere to do this. While the guests all seemed grumpy, the servers were quite happy. Well-executed, traditional fare but a bit on the high side pricewise.

We learned of this store-front Coral Gables gem via an ad in our hotel-room tourist guide. And it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. First, although they were "not quite open for dinner yet," a gracious young server showed us to a table, where we were given menus and hot breads while we waited for the witching hour. On the... Pascal's is one of those places everyone goes for a special occasion. The food is fancy -- you can have soufles at both ends of the meal -- and so are the prices. I was warned to beware of small portions, but that proved not to be the case. There were only three scallops in my wife's entree, but they... More

Valet parking turned out to be min 8 $, never mentioned, the valet was no where to found upon arrival, same as we tried to leave. Service was excelkent quality. Menu is impressove. My duck confit was not as tender as ecpected. My bouillabaise entree was superb. Our wine was too. The noise level when the restaurant filled in was... More

Small, intimate, charming French ambiance, Pascal's has been an institution in the Gables for years. However the food is never tiresome, always fresh and creative dishes adorn the menu. The food is prepared in traditional style and reminds me of how wonderful classic French cuisine can be. The soufflé's are magnificent and the service genuine.

Whatever I write will not convey the dining experience we had at this restaurant. I'd like to say we are a family of adventurous foodies. It's one of the few restaurants that exceeded the high expectations we walked in with. I hope I get this right...The Cheese Soufflé starter was perfection. The pheasant sausage (we shared just to taste.) OMG,... More

We have been to Pascal's many many times, and I keep thinking it is a gem in Miami. I wish I could keep it all to myself. I love this restaurant. If you want to have a great french meal, this is the place to go. Don't go if you need to see or be seen. It is a place... More

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at this little quaint French Resturant. The food, wine and service I am sure will have us going back time after time.
