Very good restaurant in Coral Gables

we went on December 10. Very nice restaurant with excellent service. My wife ordered crab cakes and I ordered goat string salads both were very good. My wife had steak, I had salmon both were very good. The waiter was excellent kept telling my wife trust him-she did and it was worth it

This restaurant has a great reputation and we were looking forward to the experience. We were seated immediately and noticed tears appearing from under the table cloth . The table cloth was put over an old torn up table. Not exactly world class. We watched as servers stood around and walked aimlessly by and waited for 10 minutes before we... More

Pascal's provides an intimate, very fine French/Mediterranean dining experience with professional service. From an amuse bouche of tiny arincini, to a tomato tarte tatin, to perfectly prepared fish and a special treat of hot pear souffle with Calvados zabaglione, the entire meal was outstanding. On-street metered parking.

Above average traditional French food. Cranky unwelcoming bartender. Good wine list without Somm, wine steward or waitstaff to understand or explain the options. Waiter not engaging. Dated interior and atmosphere. Entrees mostly $30-40 range. Not a good value. Chef is talented & would do well to showcase his talents elsewhere.

Had lunch here recently. The service was fast, efficient and professional. The food was just about average. Small quality and the ingredients were not very fresh. Some of the green leaves in the salad were yellow! We had duck confit. The duck was dry and overcooked. The omelette was missing two ingredient, potatoes and the swiss cheese! Considering the price... More

Enjoyed dinner on Saturday night with friends. The restaurant is pricey, but you can ask to see their Miami Spice menu which had excellent selections. We each ordered something different (duck, salmon, lamb) and no one was disappointed. It's a lovely restaurant for couples celebrating a special occasion or double dates. The service is excellent, but the décor needs updating.

My husband and I chose to splurge for a fine French dinner for our anniversary and Pascals did not disappoint! We both had the tasting menu with the wine pairing but I really wanted to try the cheese soufflé which wasn't included as I'd heard amazing things about it. The server was happy to ask the chef to change my... More

A Florida Classic. A great restaurant with a superb cuisine. Fillet cooked to perfection and presented in such a way you do not know weather to eat it or just look at it. Wild salmon prepared so delicately you don't want to finish the meal. And the dessert!!! Got to try the chocolate mousse, and make sure you order them... More

While the food at Pascal's is good, it is not exceptional, and certainly not worth the wildly high prices. Pascal's does many things well, and it would be difficult to find a better souffle in Miami. Sadly, the reputation of both the restaurant and Chef Pascal suffered a serious setback following a recent investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor.... More

You will need a reservation - they are on Open Table. This place has been around Coral Gables for quite a while and well worth the price...the flavors here are spectacular and you will love every dish! My favorite is the gruyere cheese souffle and the olive oil poached salmon! Amazing! You can't leave without having the chocolate souffle!
