The food is a nice update on classical French/continental cuisine. Not a huge menu, but a nice variety of meat & seafood. We ordered a variety of dishes, including specials, seafood, meat & the souffle. The most jarring element is the service. Pascal's on Ponce was a delightful experience! We arrived at the restaurant a bit before their opening time, but they welcomed us in and seated us anyway. I had previous advice that souffles here were good, so I ordered a cheese souffle to start. Ambrosia in heaven could not taste better! So light and delicious. The beef entre was marvelously... more
