Very French

After my early Saturday morning run I love to swing by this typical little French cafe, sit outside and munch on a delicious croissant with Cafe au lait and engage in nice conversation with Christine, the owner. Healthy salads for lunch or a perfectly made espresso, or should I say noisette with... read more

The salmon eggs benedict is hearty and excellent! My wife had the Nordique Crepe with salmon, and it was wonderful. The Cuban coffee was smooth and delicious. So glad we found this café! We will definitely return.

It looks like a cute little bistro so we sat outside for lunch.... And waited, and waited... And finally went into get the tattered plastic menus (should have been fair warning). On closer inspection, the place is cluttered and devoid of atmosphere, dated, and not that inviting. The French staff are nice and accommodating when you can get their attention.... More

The waitress moves so slow and only carries one thing at a time. I've never seen anything like it. Get her a tray or something. First the silverware then the drink then the plate. Very strange. She also had no knowledge of the menu. Asked if the tea was sweetened- no idea. Told her I was in a rush moved... More

15 minutes in a table, the waitress walked by several times and didn't even say hello! We decided not to order and leave the place...

Normally when we are for business in Miami we tend to treat our self to a coffee and croissant at this quaint little cafe. The owner is a french lady and is sweet and gives us a feeling and taste of Paris. Last visit was unbelievable disaster. The french lady was not there, the waitress, first told us she will... More

The food is great, but the atmosphere is much better. It is a quiet place where you can read a book while enjoying french music or where you can meet with your friends to have a delicious breakfast and feel like you are in any Parisian street. I just love this place.

Coral Gables is a great neighborhood, so we decided to spend some time there before our flight from MIA. Arising early in order not to be rushed we were looking for a nice local eatery for breakfast. Just around the corner from our hotel we found Le Petit Cafe, not fancy from the outside, we stepped in and check the... More

We stopped off for lunch on Miracle Mile, expecting to have to eat somewhere predictable, expensive or at Starbucks, so we were tempted by the 'homemade crepes' sign in the window at Le Petit Cafe. It didn't disappoint - really good authentic French crepes (three savoury, one sweet) and excellent coffee. Plus great service and laid back atmosphere. A really... More

I had the Parisienne Crepe and my wife had Quiche Lorraine - both were incredible. Absolutely wonderful. My wife insists that her quiche is the best she has ever had. It was chocked full of cheeses, creamy and quite large. My crepe was huge and had a hint of cinnamon with a light bechamel.
