The Fontana is set in a beautiful court yard with a mssive fountain in the middle and the most beautiful vegetation . Good food and great value.
Fontana, at the Biltmore Hotel, is one of those places which seems like it exists in a land apart from the everyday world. As I walked into the courtyard, my eyes drawn from the fountain, upward to the graceful archways and tall palms swaying gently in the breeze, I felt like I was in a movie set in Italy or...

Breakfast buffet in the morning and woderful Italian restaurant in the evening. The staff was wonderful and very attentive.
Lunch today at Fontana was incredible. Rosemary & garlic marinaded olives, as well as an assortment of fresh artisanal breads were brought to the table with our drinks. I ordered the sea bass amandine in lemon butter sauce with grilled asparagus and it was absolutely scrumptious. My friend ordered the seafood salad and she loved it. The service was excellent....

Delightful meal, fine wine, wonderful company. Fontana provided the setting, food and drink for a memorable evening. The moisture of the fountain was an added delight to skin parched by winter north. Service was attentive but not obsequious. Prices were comparable for the setting.

Enjoyed a nice dinner. Some few mistakes can be seen if you look for it. But if you're laid back and want to have a good Italian dinner you might not even notice it!
Brunch could be a different experience, but our dinner was a big dissapointment.
Loud, indifferent, and mediocre food. I was embarrassed at suggesting this restaurant when my friend and I had been given a $50 gift certificate to enjoy a meal. Two glasses of wine, two appetizers and two very mediocre dinners came to $170+ including the automatic 18% gratuity...
