Description: Cibo Wine Bar will bring authentic rustic Italian flare blended with a vibrant nightlife and promises to be the new hot spot on the Miracle Mile. Scheduled to open in late October 2011, this Italian eatery and wine bar, created by the Liberty Entertainment Group, will offer traditional Italian fare in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. With Liberty Group at the helm for their second venue in Miami, the attention to detail will be flawless and the food delicious. The space, like the food it presents, will be designed to evoke a sense of unpretentious sophistication, of elegant rusticity. Every detail, every piece of furniture, every bite, will be finely crafted with true materials. The space will be more than anything...sincere.

Visited with a group of friends while enjoying wine and appetizers. Great happy hour with half-off cocktails, great wine selection and tasty hors d'oeuvres. Was there on Wednesday - lobster night with grilled or Thermidor. Great value! I would highly recommend!

Coral Gables is known for its great restaurant choices, and this is one of the best. Locals can go and be instantly recognized by the staff and management, but I have observed the same gracious service given to snow birds and tourist visitors (we can tell). The prices are reasonable for the fine, authentic Italian food. Some very good wines... More

Service was terrible. Waiter was more concerned with other customers. Food was not great. Don't think we will be coming back. There are better Italian places in CG.

This is one of our favorite Coral Gables Restaurants. We go here for lunch, happy hour and dinner. The staff are friendly and very attentive and management is always a step away. They have an incredible wine list and serve true Italian Cuisine....not "Latintian Cuisine" .Thursday is Ladies Night and they serve free drinks to the women and free hot... More

Through September 30, Cibo Wine Bar offers a good variety of options from the main menu on its "Miami Spice" special, $39 for a 3-course dinner. Our appetizer selections, tuna carpaccio and black tiger shrimp in garlic tomato sauce, were excellent, as were our entree selections, lobster ravioli and pesce del giorno. Our dessert, eggless flan with fresh blackberries, was... More

When I say "very Italian" I am being redundant for good quality and atmosphere. At Cibo they have an excellent burrata and prosciutto, a very good wine list and a very good service. This is definitely a must in Coral Gables.

When your in Miracle Mile in Coral Gables .. a MUST to eat at Cibo. The atmosphere has TV at the bar, booths and tables of any size. If you never had Rice Balls, you got to try it. Appetizers are all a meal in itself. Great selection, veal, fish, pasta and pizza. Great candle light dining .. romantic to... More

Three months ago we had a fantastic experience... we went back yesterday and it was pretty bad. Then, the place was packed, lively crowd. The Cesar Salad was cold with plenty of dressing, the entrees were satisfactory and the service was right on cue. Now, the place was dead, the Cesar Salad dry, the Cannelloni's shells were like rubber; but,... More
