This Coral Gables spot is the only U.S. outlet for the Lima-based chain that specializes in pollo a la brasa, spit-grilled chicken with crunchy skin, a moist interior and an intoxicating marinade of 14 "secret" herbs and spices that hint of cumin, paprika, annatto, soy sauce and lots of salt. Beef lovers will rejoice over lomo saltado clasico, a Peruvian stir-fry of marinated steak strips, with onions, tomatoes and soy sauce over white rice and French fries. The food is good to bad that the service was horrible.....very ,very slow not attentive and low level of knowledge. Great chicken....not recommended unless you have time to waste.

Loved their chicken. It is so moist and has great flavor. Good size portions and have great lunch specials. Gets really busy at lunch. Their chicken with cilantro rice is great. Very good salads too.

The chicken was good..it resembles the Pardo's chicken in Peru. The beet salad was not fresh enough. The charged us to the chili, not that I didn't want to pay. Excellent food. Good value. When you get tired of Cuban food this could spice things up. I like the their coriander rice and rotisserie chicken with the spicy yellow sauce. The steamed vegetables with beet root goes very well with the rice and chicken. The ceviche was very nice.
