It was my first time going to a Persian restaurant. Its a small place but it make you feel at home, specifically because the person that serve us was the owner. He serve us in a very friendly way and explain us what the menu offer. The food was very good. The appetizers were delicious and the entrées too. Everything... More

If you like Persian food, specially the home made variety that is not typical, this is the place to go. Start with a few appetizers including the "Tah Dig" with half "split pea" and half "herb" stew poured on top. Also go for "Kashk o Bademjan" the eggplant appetizer. Then you can try chicken Sultani with Zereshk polo (rice with... More

Although Torange is listed as a Turkish restaurant here, it is a persian restaurant. I don't like the decor and presentation of the food; it is a very quite atmosphere and they have some persian pop music from late 80s on tv all the time. But the food tastes good. If you have not tried persian food before, you will... More

Not sure why the label is Turkish, but this is predominantly Persian style of food. The decor and presentation of the food is very modest, especially given the location, but don't let that fool you. The food is very good here, and service was excellent when we dined, if you like Persian food this is arguably the best in S.... More

Torange sits in a corner of Coral Gables right on Ponce and 18th. We were delighted to find this restaurant with great Persian food and a welcoming staff. It was a wonderful change to the usual with a cozy and laid back atmosphere. The lamb shanks unbelievably tasty as well as the chicken and vegetarian dishes. This restaurant will not... More

Torange is an unconscious restaurant. It would be easy to walk by it if you were not looking. The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to make recommendations. The kabobs and the pomegranate soup were flavorful and plentiful. It is a small restaurant, and I am not sure how busy they get during the day. We went late at night... More

A cozy laid-back place, good Persian food (difficult to find in Miami), and a very friendly service. Pomegranate stew was great, lamb shanks were juicy, an eggplant dip was delicious. The prices are reasonable.

We popped in for a quick lunch and we were not disappointed. The Pomegranate Stew was a winner! Each of us got something a little different and, of course, shared! This is well worth a visit if you like authentic Persian cuisine and a great value for the money!

Loved the food! Having grown up with an Iranian step father who loved cooking, this restaurant reminded me of all the great flavors I had grown to love. This restaurant had all my favorites Beef kebabs, gormeh sabzi, tahdig, Persian salad all for a fair price of about $10.00 as part of their lunch time buffet. We also sampled their... More

This is a good restaurant if you would like an introduction to Persian food. The decor is simpe but clean with Persian decor on the walls. Its quaint, and quiet during dinner. They don't use a lot of spices in the food--just enough to bring out the natural flavors of the meats. The rice is basmati (same as in Indian... More
