This is a tiny cafe. Great homemade grub. I had chilli which was great. My partner had a fantastic chowder and the son had calamari. It was all very nice. he sort of stuff your mother would make if she was a yank. Full of locals. It is a tiny place on the main road N. Atlantic Ave. more

Great food. Open for breakfast and lunch. Popular with the locals especially for breakfast. I love the Rubens and Po' Boys. Too bad that they are now closed for dinner. Do not expect much in the way of ambiance. Take Out available. They are excellent for catering. I come here often. more

Great food and very reasonable with an amazingly large range of items for such a small place. You will be impressed by the food much more than the surroundings which is greasy spoon meets pirate. We love this place. Breakfast is great and the pulled pork is a favorate at lunch. more

Barrier Jacks is a winner. I go there as often as possible. Even my 2 & 3 yr old grandsons love it.(They call it PirateJacks). Everything is cooked to order and comes out hot and plentiful.
