It's very small, it's a little loud, and it's consistently THE best seafood I've eaten in Brevard County.

We moved here from Arkansas 5 years ago and have dined all over the country - including New York, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta and San Diego, etc., this little restaurant is by far the BEST place in Brevard...we have eaten at Chart House, Yellow Dog, etc., and while they are very good as well, Fat Snook is the place if you... The Fat Snook is one of our favorite places to dine in Central Florida. The atmosphere behind the storefront facade is strictly Lexington and 48th in NYC. But what sets it apart is the food. Great and imaginative presentations of fresh seafood are delicious and fun to try. Save room for desert, because it is always excellent.

About time I found a restaurant that meets NYC standards. This place is great. Don't fret the prices, it's well worth it.

Wow! What a fantastic meal we had! One of the best in a long time! Had the cowboy cut 28 oz rib eye steak marinated with a Kona coffee rub! Even with that size of meat it was cooked to perfection! We also had the beet salad and the poblano pesto shrimp! Just wow! Excellent! Great ambiance as well! Would... More

This was our second visit and like the first, we were really very happy with the fresh seafood and knowledgeable wait staff. Looking forward to our next visit.

Not knowing what to expect, found this restaurant, unassuming on the outside, to have superlative service and food inside. While the fish specials of the day were interesting, there is also something for landlubbers; the table next to us enjoyed a HUGE (48 oz?) steak. We were served a complimentary amuse bouche of polenta with arugula that was fairly bland.... More

This place is super good! It's my favorite in Cocoa Beach for sure. The short rib with this coconut risotto and toasted macadamia nuts is sooooooo damn good. They never disappoint!
