A culinary delight!

The chef/owner of this restaurant has amazing talent to add flavor to an entrée without disguising the taste of an excellent piece of fish! I had the grouper which was simply seasoned with pink peppercorn and salt and seared to perfection on a bed of pea puree with fresh peas and pea shoots and... read more

I must admit that this restaurant went way above my expectations. Everything about this restaurant was top notch. The decor was very artistically done from the walls being painted with leaves in the paint to the deep grained wood floors. The servers will do everything to make sure you are pleased with your meal. They will even give you a... More

I am a local and visit many restaurants in the local area. The Fat Snook is the place you want to bring your guests to experience a FINE DINING menu. Yes, it may be pricier than a typical restaurant but this is FINE DINING. I would not bring kids because the menu is not geared for kids. Again, no kids.... More

My son and his fiance decided to get married on Cocoa Beach. Since we live in the area, we have been to many of the restaurants in the town but was hoping to find something a little more special. The Fat Snook fit that bill. The food is somewhat pricey even though it was advertised as mid-priced, but the our... More

If you are in Florida and they offer fresh fish this is a good place to start. They have a couple of fresh fish options on the menu; if you like fish I will highly recommend you choose one of these options. The chef must have a great pallet and an artistic mind as the food is really innovative and... More

From the time we entered, we were greated promptly and brought to our table. The waitress was very familiar with the menu as well as the presentations. Very clean and romantic restaurant. The fish is very fresh and the presentation was beautiful along with the roasted vegetables. We came early and didn't have reservations but they took us any way.... More

Yes this Restaurant is expensive but no one does fish better. Like its sister restaurant Crush Eleven the staff is superbly trained and extremely knowledgeable of all the offerings including their wines. If you are not sure of a pairing leave it to them and you will be extremely pleased.

This casual restaurant offers very good food options that is very well prepared and delivered. This is a great place to visit for that "special meal."

The food & service were top shelf, I would have liked a broader selection on the menu. ( no beef ) We had dinner at Crush 11 & thought there were more choices and a better atmosphere. Overall it was a nice evening but would probably recomend CR11 over The Snook.

One of the things we like most is trying what the chef likes best. After discussing their specials and reviewing the menu we told them to bring us their favorite dishes. We were not disappointed. The entire staff was great.
