I love the barbeque at Slow and Low! They have a lot of different choices for you and I think we've tried most of them and I still can't pick a fave as they are all delicious! We always go for lunch and it is not crowded at all. We sit outside and enjoy our meal and the beautiful weather... More

I was recently married in August of 2014 and knew instantly that I wanted our wedding to be catered by none other than Slow and Low! I was in New England during most of the planning process, so most of the interaction was via phone and email, and the staff was extremely prompt, helpful and professional. Having lived in Cocoa... In a nutshell, if you like BBQ and a great atmosphere, you can't go wrong. Friendly staff, fantastic outdoor seating with misters to keep the area cool. Only advice I will give, I am a major BBQ person, loved their wings, they were some of the best I have ever had but if your not a fan of a mustard... More

Our waitress, Ashlee, disappeared several times (like 5) during the course of the meal. When our meal finally came out, the garlic bread was burnt. She dropped it off and left. When the Manager came by to check on us, we asked for garlic bread that wasn't burnt. He went off to the kitchen and came back with what was... More

The decor is simple and the quirky at the same time. The food was good, but slow in coming. The sweet potato chips were "interesting" - they should have been crisper and hotter when served. The fired pickles were okay, but watch out! They had a couple of small fried jalapeño peppers that got mixed in = not good!

We were at Cocoa Beach for a week- and drove by Slow & Low before deciding to try it. We can only say the outdoor porch has a great feel to it. We ate the onion rings with rasberry/habenaro sauce which was great. Baby backs were good, but they are hard to screw up. The "Hog" sandwich is more than... More

I am looking to move to Cocoa Beach or Merritt Island and the real estate agent directed me to Low and Slow BBQ for dinner. Florida dining can be a real hit or miss. I can assure you this is restaurant is a hit. I sat outside and the waitress came to my table in less than 2 min with... More

Painfully dry and bland pulled pork, equally dry slaw with some mediocre turnip greens. Disappointing.

BBQ was good. Great raspberry habanera dipping sauce was fabulous. Fried green tomatoes were way too thick, should have been about a third the size. Overall a god experience.
