Great food, lively place

We met a friend at Florida's Seafood on a recent trip to Florida. We were early and the restaurant was quiet. His flight was delayed and we had to wait at our table quite a while. We never felt rushed, our attentive waitress talked us into an appetizer that was really good (one dozen sweet... read more

I ordered king crab legs, one of my sons 11 ordered shrimp volcano, my 12 year old son ordered a combo plate of shrimp and scallops scampi. My other son doesn't like seafood and decided on lunch steak. No one walked away disappointed. It was so delicious. Our waiter was Kevin. He was on top of his game and kept... More

About a 15 minute wait just after 8pm on a March Saturday night. I ordered the fried oyster and shrimp dinner(Georgia sweet shrimp according to server). The oysters and shrimp were full of flavor, fresh tasting and delicious. My wife's cod was inedible. She basically pushed it around on the plate and ate some of my shrimp and oysters. No... More

My mother and i always come here twice a year during our annual cocoa beach visit. We always sit at a table in the bar area. Happy hour includes 2 for 1 well drinks and wine. We started with sweet tender whites (shrimp ready to dip in melted butter)and then moved on to the cod flash fried. Fantastic. We are... More

We chose Florida's Seafood Bar & Grill for lunch as it was walking distance from Ron Jon's. Had I known what poor quality food I would have walked a bit further. The place is decorated in an eclectic mix of Florida kitsch. We waited at the the door while our harried and unfriendly bar tender/hostess fluttered about making non-eye-contact service... More

We wanted to take my father out for his birthday. When we arrived, the owner was so stressed out that he was unable to smile or greet those of us waiting for a table. He then gave us a hard time about their "call ahead" policy. Had he taken the time to welcome us and ask us to patiently wait... More

Obviously, Seafood is their specialty, but if you are a chicken or steak person you will be well fed! There was a wait on a Saturday night, but was only 15 minutes. Plenty of seating outside to wait or a bar to have a beer. The service was quick and knowledgeable. While we all enjoyed our meals, the best part... More

Good food, huge portions, good price. Got a pound and a half of snowcrab legs for $19. The fritters served free are AWESOME. Overall really happy with the restaurant, probably our fav restaurant of the trip.

Upon arriving we found a parking spot in seconds. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young man. We were promptly seated, and our server was there in seconds to take our drink order. While waiting for our drinks, this place is big but very dark and very busy. The drinks arrived and we ordered , wife... More
