Hidden Location, Good Food, Ignore Your Doubts!

This is set in the back of a hotel and kind of hard to find. I'm thankful we had a gps to locate the deli because it was not on the beach as I thought. Looking at it from the parking lot, my thought was "Oh boy, I hope this is decent food." And boy was it ever! I ordered... read more

My family and I wandered in off the beach looking for a quick lunch, and we're pleasantly surprised by the quaint atmosphere, great food, friendly owner, and great value! My husband remarked that this was not only the least expensive meal we have eaten on our stay, but much higher quality than similar establishments we have encountered! Would definitely eat... More

Not sure what happened. Maybe this place was good once but has become a victim of high ratings on tripadvisor? Not who is writing all the glowing reviews? Maybe Michael has a lot of friends...In any case here is the scoop on our visit.... 1) it is NOT even close to being "beachside", 2) the sole owner/operator was so busy... More

A very small deli hiding in back of a typical office building. Was difficult to find. Looked it up based upon TripAdvisor reviews. We had several very good meals on our trip at TA-recommended restaurants. This wasn't one of them. The food was very average. I had a chicken salad sandwich that was okay but certainly nothing special. My partner... More

wow - what a great find this was (not an easy one but worth the look). Its a small quaint beachside deli with meals prepared with top ingredients by the owner himself. Michael Duclos is very nice and personable with a vast knowledge of the area. We stumbled upon a previous trip advisor review and glad we followed thru. The... More

We stopped here for lunch after reading a trip advisor review. It's location, in the back of an office building is nothing special, and easy to miss. There area few tables in this one man operation, and a picnic table outside by the parking lot. No awards for the setting, but we were pleased with our lunch, the friendliness of... More

We stopped here on the advice of trip advisor and were not disappointed. We had the tuna sandwich, the chicken tenders with fries, and the chicken salad sandwich. They were all excellent, fresh and delicious. The fries are simply perfect. Hand cut, crispy and cooked just right. I'd go back just for the fries, but it was all great, and... More

If it's glitz and glamour your looking for then go to the HIGH PRICE CHAINS... However if you don't mind Styrofoam cups, paper plates, plastic knives and forks and most important DAM GOOD FOOD then this is the place for breakfast and lunch..... Mike is a very personable hard working guy who does a great job.... Give him a try... More

Although it's not easy to find, it's definitely worth the stop. The white fish blackened sandwich was one of the best I've had. Mike, the owner, is so friendly and went out if his way to make us feel welcome. We'll definitely eat here again.

We were back for our third year in a row. Mike is still working as hard as ever and makes everyone feel at home. We met some of the same regulars from last year. Went for breakfast everyday of our holiday. Tried the spinach wrap with potato and it was very good. I able to eat the whole thing without... More
