Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish. Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas. Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. You can dine in or "al fresco" overlooking the water and Sand Key Bridge while being pampered by our professional staff.

Food was nice but ordinary not thing special. Prior arrangements for group dining not passed on and had to be renegotiated after we were seared. Server friendly but missed several important things.

I went last week with two friends. We had the veal pizzaiola, veal saltimbocca and spaghetti with shrimp and scallops. The food was decent, although the veal could have been more tender. Portions were ample. I was annoyed, however, when I requested pasta in place of the vegetables and potatoes that came with the veal. I was told they could... More

Ate here a few times during our family vacations in the area. Service is given with a smile every time and the young waiters who work there do a really good job of trying to please everyone. They will do your order just as you wish if you want a change to it. I usually order a chicken dish, but... More

I was going through pasta & sauce withdrawals, so we went to Cesare's! Attentive waiter, Sebastian, as well as other waitstaff, were so gracious and attentive to us. We got there early (6PM) and was serenaded quietly by a waiter who sang along with us and Frank Sinatra. An elegant, high classed place, but not pretentious. Excellent food, service, atmosphere.... The service at this place was above reproach. The food was a tad overpriced...but with service like we got...it was worth it.

Last year we went around the same time. The food was good, but service was abysmal. This was very much an instance of seating and serving preference for anyone who spoke Italian, which could lead to a long wait and poor service if you didn't (we didn't). This year we were treated better, and seated and served more promptly. The... More

Okay, let's start with the good stuff. Yes, the food was very good and that's what a restaurant is all about. However, we were going for a family adventure that back-fired. First, we grouponed area eateries and saw Cesare's at the Beach...at the beach being a relative statement 'cuz it's not on any water. The atmosphere was average and the... More

We feel that the lack of regular return business in holiday destinations often results in poor service as there is so little opportunity to return to somewhere that really provides the goods. Cesares us not so. We arrived with five adults and two under three year old children without a reservation on a very busy night. They squeezed us in... More
