Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish. Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas. Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. You can dine in or "al fresco" overlooking the water and Sand Key Bridge while being pampered by our professional staff.

Very nice italian restaraunt

Although the food can be expensive, we have always had a good dinner there. Expect to pay around 75-85 or so for two people with 1-2 glasses of wine each.

We had a solid italian meal at Ceasare's at the Beach in late May 2015. We were able to get a table quickly - without reservation over a holiday weekend. The pasta is handmade and fresh - and I enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs while my husband enjoyed a spicy shrimp pasta. While the food was good,we were not blown away... More

Greeted at the door by a t-shirt clad guy who tried to act like someone out of the Godfather. Was told our table would not be ready for a few minutes. I was offered no options for drinks and had to find the bar. Got to the bar and found a small area with a bartender who really didn't seem... More

We dined here on May 23 after securing a reservation via Open Table. We were seated promptly and offered beverages rather quickly. The waiter explained the specials then brought some nice warm Italian bread with a really tasty olive oil dipping sauce. My daughter ordered the sea bass which was in a white wine sauce w/tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and capers.... More

We ordered a bottle of wine at the bar while waiting for our table to be ready. We were seated before the table next to us but not given menus. After about 10 min of waiting and seeing the other table given menus, water and greeted by a server we asked another waiter for menus. He handed them to us... More

We've driven by Cesare's dozens of times and had heard it was worth a try. TripAdvisor reviews seemed to agree. This is a good restaurant, and the food, service and atmosphere is all good. But other than the menu, none of Cesare's is great. Of all the components rated "good" above, the service is the closest to great, but our... More

Visiting Clearwater for the week of Mother's day. Friends and family both recommended Cesares if we wanted Italian cuisine and it did not dissapoint. We called and made a reservation for 6:30 (had a bit of trouble in making one as we had to call 3 times before someone answered and then we could hardly understand her while we were... More

Great Ahi tuna appetizer. Very good lasagna. So-so atmosphere with a feel that they are still trying to build a business here.

Overpriced, mediocre service and inconsistent food. Food: Salads were average. Eggplant Rollatini appetizer was excellent. Lasagne was very good. The menu described the Grouper Alla Livornes as an 8 oz filet. We were lucky if it was 4 oz. The sauce although very tasty, was overwhelming in quantity. The grouper was overcooked and tasteless. The Grouper Francese was also described... More
