Food & Water Views Are Great!

Great meals, Great Drinks & A Super View out over the Bay. It is also a bit more relaxed here than some other beach spots.

Three strikes and that is it for me. The food at the Columbia is and always has been very good, but the servers the last three visits have been awful. Intrusive and trying to rush you along. Very impatient almost to the point of being rude. Not to mention, the last two times their clothes were soiled! Yikes! I worked... More

Visited here last night and all I can say is 'Amazing'. We had Tapas between the 4 adults and the flavours were stunning. We were all fighting over the last scallop. There was lots of choice and we weren't sure what to order at first, the waiter was so helpful and ensured we made the right choices. This restaurant has... More

Ok - this was my daughters choice after finding a tapas place in Clearwater. Excellent setting over looking the sea in a nice clean restaurant. Been lovers of tapas we chose 8 dishes in a party of 4 people but could have easily managed a total of six dishes. All the usual dishes were on offer garlic prawns, scallops, stuffed... More

We stayed at the Sheraton Sand Key and walked to the Columbia for dinner one night. We ate in the bar area and had a really nice view of the Intercoastal waterway while we ate. Their food was delicious. The famous 1905 salad is worth getting (and they make it table side) as are the churros for desert. I also... More

My husband and I dined here twice during our stay in Clearwater since it was within walking distance to our hotel. One evening, we sat inside the dining room and the other evening was at the bar. Great atmosphere in both locations. Each dish we ordered was delicious! Highly recommend the tapas stuffed peppers and the Cuban black bean soup.... More

Our hotel was right next to the Columbia restaurant. We were feeling lazy the first night in Clearwater so we decided just to walk next door. I am so glad we did! The food was great. The menu is huge--I mean really sort of overwhelming. We decided to be adventurous and we just tried a bunch of different things. I... More

What can I say? It was delicious. For Mother's Day, the four of us had different meals. My daughter shared her black beans and rice with our 15 month old grandson. My husband had grilled grouper, I had grilled chicken, and our son-in-law enjoyed another chicken dish. Our meals included bread, good rice and fresh veggies. Instead of good rice, you... More

This unbelievable Cuban Restaurant off the beaten path was the ultimate in pleasant surprises. The appetizers were to die for, and the entrees were 10x better. I had the pork and my wife had the sampler platter. Her sauce was so impressive that she asked about it and they actually sold bottles of it there!! Obviously we weren't the first... More
