Place looks amazing on a summer's day, quiet location but a well worth finding. Beer was nice and cold and the staff were very friendly. Good choice on the menu and went for a Grouper Ruebens Sandwich. Presentation was amazing as was the taste, plus very reasonable price. Definately worth finding.

Seriously, take a walk out back behind the restaurant and look across the street and tell me what you see.... Frenchys Seafood Market and their Boats that are continuously bringing in fresh fish. There is only one place on this beach that I would eat a Grouper Sandwich at and it would be here. No wonder they have won "... More

We liked it so much we ate here twice during our four night stay in Clearwater! The choice of menu was excellent, very reasonably priced and superb quality. The starters/appetizers are huge so be sure to share these. Ashley our server was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Husband has the grilled grouper sandwich and son had the cajun grouper sandwich at about 8pm last night. Both woke up this morning ill with severe cramps and diarrhea. Husband said the grouper sandwich was lacking in flavor. Would not visit again.

The location is beautiful :) you are overlooking the sea and people playing volleyball ;) always fun to watch. Really nice food. Pre warning the chicken jerky (I think) was rather hot. Just a pre warning.

Nice place but the service or cook needs to get the orders right. We had to return a salad & a tuna meal back because they screwed up the order.. Would've been nice if they offered a discount for the mishap. Not all meals came out all on time as well.

We went early (before 6) and managed to get an "inside" booth (inside with A/C and doors open), but it was comfortable. No wait at this time. Service excellent! The portion of grouper was large and cooked perfectly. Their cocktail sauce is excellent. The sandwich comes with a side. We got the slaw which was just okay, somewhat dry. Beer... More

This Frenchy's - one of five in Clearwater Beach - is set back from the parade of humanity on Mandalay. A little taste of Old Florida charm (but lacking a view). Being secluded doesn't make it less raucous. The patio is pretty lively...a group at the next table over almost came to blows about where fishing is better, Kentucky or... More

On our most recent visit to Clearwater we stopped at Frenchy's twice for the all you can eat crab legs. What a bargain if you like crab legs. My husband is one of those people who can eat lots and lots of crab legs. The crab was cooked perfectly and the wait staff kept his plate filled. For $24.99 this... More
