I always order bacon and eggs my first time to a restaurant to judge how they do on this standard. My eggs, ordered over medium, were runny with wet, runny whites, not medium. Toast was toasted, but micro buttered (lazy). Potatoes were very good and plentiful. My husband ordered a belguim waffle that was nice and crispy but not too... More

We ate at the Tin Can Café during our last two days visiting Florida, but I wish my family and I would have discovered this little gem at the beginning of our trip! The place is simple--classic and unassuming--which makes you feel comfortable from the minute you step in the door. The fact that the servers are friendly and talkative... More

Just had breakfast here with 2 sons. Great food, at absolute bargain price (for a Brit!). We had the steak and 3 eggs and the pancakes with bacon. The steak alone was worth the visit. Plus this place has atmosphere. Will return before we leave Clearwater.

Not a fancy restaurant but really good, hearty food, (in large portions) for very, very reasonable prices. Wait staff is always friendly, food comes out quick, you never leave hungry, and you don't spend a lot. (Thick pork chops, delicious steak and egg dishes, huge salads, good sandwiches and burgers, tasty soups, and more).

Saw reviews on tripadvisor before my visit so made a beeline for the Tin Can. Best breakfast ever - couldn't resist the 3 eggs, home fries and the excellently cooked steak, toast and endless coffee. My colleague went for the pancakes but could only manage 2 of the 3. Very friendly and prompt service, family run business. Highly recommended.

Probably the best breakfast ever! The spinach and feta omelette and all the trimmings were the best I have tasted in the US. Great value for money and very tasty! Venue full of locals with a tale to tell...brilliant!

We were in Clearwater to watch the Phillies and I found Tin Can Cafe on Trip Advisor. So glad I did. If you are staying in Clearwater Beach the restaurant is on the way to the ballpark. It's a little place with loads of character. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. I am only sorry we... More

While on a recent visit to Clearwater, my daughter and I were looking for a good hearty breakfast. As usual, when I'm traveling, I look to Trip Advisor for recommendations.Well, we were not disappointed!! Tin Can Cafe was clean, friendly, and the meals were delicious! We will definitely go there again when we're in Clearwater!!
