One waitress ignored us so we changed tables - seat yourself- to a person who looked like he was working hard and we had a great experience. John paid attention to us and brought the biggest glass of wine seen in a long time. Cuban sandwich was excellent, as was blackended grouper salad. Fun casual outside dining. Line up for... More

Stopped here for lunch after doing an airboat ride in the Everglades. Place was very busy with many tables outside but it was quite cool and breezy outside so we opted for dining inside and had the dining room to ourselves. Service was good and our server had recommendations (which I LOVE and appreciate). Ladies had homemade sangria and gentleman... More

Get the cubano. Best I've ever had. Also get an order of fries. Little unorthodox of service and a little under par but we got our food quickly and it was amazing. Prices are solid considering the location, makes sense. I will be back for sure

if you want a good meal in a city where good food is hard to come by. Breakfast was outstanding, much better than Island Cafe which the locals all seem to enjoy. Also had lunch and dinner here and everything was good including the atmosphere and the service.

absolutely loved this place. Carlos is awesome! Sew ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The Cuban sandwich I would highly recommend. Th bread was fabulous. For dinner we ate the shrimp enchiladas. The flavor was outstanding. The ambience outside was so romantic with the beautiful flowers and decor. We thoroughly talking with Carlos. He is a wonderful personality with excellent... More

Given the size of the lunch crowd, how remote this place is, and how many locals and working people packed in, I should not have been surprised at the quality of the food. Most tables are outside, with the sea breeze rustling the palms. Since this was my first time in South Florida (and I've never been to Cuba), I... More

As the owner said; it's taken us 10 years cause who comes to Chokoloskee? Well; if you're anywhere near here; you should. Only about 5 minutes past Everglades City, this is a great fun destination. A small restaurant with plenty of outdoor dining. Lot's of cold beer and seafood and Cuban specialties. The Cuban sandwich was the best I've ever... More

We had a lunch and breakfast here while fishing in the area. Great food and wonderful atmosphere in the shade of some lovely landscaping. Really enjoyed it and would return anytime. Staff were nice too.
