After reading reviews by others, the Havana Cafe was at the top of my dining list while vacationing on Marco Island. The forty minute drive turned out to be well worth it. The Shrimp Cocktail appetizer was out of this world. Our waiter asked if we wanted two when we ordered but we decided one would be enough. We were... More

This little cafe is way out from Everglade City in Chockoloskee. But it is worth the trip. If you come "In Season" be prepared for a line.

We had been referred to this place by 2 others who have traveled the USA from coast to coast. Adorable tropical setting with outdoor dining & tiki torches, nice touch. Laid back style. The food was fabulous & we're trying to figure out when we can go back again. The sautéed scallops were GREAT!! served over rice & delicious sautéed... More

Wonderful locally caught shrimp and grouper in this island cafe. Though a long way from anywhere the seating was all taken for a Wednesday lunch. Clearly its fame has spread. We learnt of it from the reasonably local Ranger station. This was our best fish in Florida. The setting is basic, but very pleasant, in the cafe garden. More beer... More

Ate a late lunch and was lucky to get seated. The staff was great. The food quality was outstanding. I would definitely go back. The outdoor seating was nice. It is off the beaten track but worth it.

Beautiful open air courtyard with cuban style fresh seafood and good coffee. Also some indoor seating. Opens for lunch and breakfast, but only 3 nights for dinner. We ate there twice for lunch and were impressed.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. I highly recommend sitting on the patio, what a beautiful setting to enjoy a great meal. The Rena for breakfast was delicious and the shrimp and grits it an amazing side for any meal. The seafood was so fresh and the portions are very generous,... More

My family enjoyed all of our meals at the Havana Cafe. The outdoor patio is exactly the atmosphere we were looking for in January. The fresh local seafood we had at our dinner party was delicious and the Rena is my new high water mark for an amazing breakfast. A special thanks to Carlos, Dulce, Donna, May Lynne, and of... More
