Description: Family-owned and operated for over 110 years, Columbia has earned acclaim...
Family-owned and operated for over 110 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Torres, Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors in our cafe or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

Very nice

Nice restaurant, great service, decent price. I ordered the Spanish bean soup and 1905 salad. I didn't eat the soup because it was waaaay too salty (would have been good otherwise!). The salad was simple but somehow still one of the best I've ever had! Ready to go back for another tonight! :)

My wife and I were staying in a large hotel nearby and really weren't up for dining at the resort. Knowing we had dined at other Columbia Restaurants in Tampa and St. Augustine, we drove a quick 5 minute trip to Celebration, FL to try this Columbia. We were able to get a table outside for 2 quickly on a... More

The food, from the warm bread, signature salad to every dish and dessert, you won't be disappointed. Try tapas to get tastes for many different dishes or order any of the main dishes. Service is wonderful. I always take my leftovers home with me since the portions are large.

The Columbia restaurant is always a special treat! The hand tossed 1907 salad at the table is totally unique. Full of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, ham & swiss cheese, impossible to duplicate the "secret" homemade dressing, so buy it in the gift shop. The menu is full of a variety of Spanish/Cuban foods. The Shrimp Supreme with yellow rice and saffron... More

Thank you for choosing to dine with us and we are pleased that you enjoyed your meal. The salad you enjoyed is our “1905” Salad, named after the year our sister restaurant was founded in Tampa’s historic Ybor City. More

We were staying at a local resort and during our timeshare tour, we were brought here for lunch. Now, when we signed up, we were told we were to have a choice of American, Italian, Spanish, or Thai. With a 10 and a 15 year old, we had planned on the American in order to satisfy the kids' pallets. Well,... More

My husband and I decided to try this place while in Orlando and we are so glad we did. It is in downtown Celebration and the restaurant had such a wonderful atmosphere that we ended up staying longer than I thought. The staff was very friendly and we had no wait at all to be seated. My husband and I... More

The Columbia is great spot for a tasty lunch. There's a good selection on the menu & the atmosphere is enjoyable. Our party had Cuban sandwiches, black bean soup, gazpacho, sangria, and the 1905 salad. The salad is delicious. After a meal it's nice to walk around the lake or visit the shops in Celebration. I look forward to dining... More

My husband and I go to Columbia Restaurant once a week, sometimes more often...Start with a glass of their excellent Sangria...the Cuban Bean soup has become a staple in our diet...Often, with family, we share Tapas...I really like Croquesta de Langosta as I'm a lobster fan with the Shrimp and Crabmeat being a close second...For a main meal you will... I'd been to Columbia - Celebration once before for lunch and really enjoyed my food, so when a colleague came to town and wanted to try something uniquely Florida we went to Columbia. The hostesses were warm and friendly and seated us promptly even though we were a little early for our reservation. Our Server came over shortly after, greeted... More

This was my second time coming to this restaurant and this experience was just as wonderful as the first. The service is excellent and our waitress went above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable. We ordered a pitcher of the red sangria at a great price and she prepared it for use table-side. The crispy bread and delicious butter... More
