After asking a couple of places we finally found a place that would make a mojito (no one else kept mint on hand.) My husband had a dozen oysters which though small were tasty. We will visit again in the future.

We spent the weekend in Cedar Keys and checked out several local place. Poor first impression when you walk in and see staff socializing and ignoring you. I had the Fried Chicken sandwich and hubby had the hamburger. Requested both with no onions. Both came with onions. Both tasted freezer burn. Nothing exciting about the food.

We ate here on our second night while staying in Cedar Key. There was no wait to be seated at 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening which I like. My wife ordered the Hurricane mixed drink and said it was great. We both ordered the Mahi-Mahi grilled fish dinner and the fish portion was the size that you would expect... More

Truly a casual Florida dining experience on the water. My babe ordered the grouper sandwich, fried, and I had the clam chowder, and their Clam Bowl in white wine sauce.....twice! The sandwich was the best she has had in a very long time, sampling it myself, the grouper was a larger portion, fresh and seasoned well. Our server had mentioned... More

Stopped for lunch on drive home from New Orleans. It was a little out of the way but worth it. The key itself was rustic and quaint. Great spot for. Long wk end of fishing and sun. Steamers is on the far end in a cluster. Of shops and restaurants on the water. Nice place, live music, and great seafood.

Good daily drink specials. They seem to be pretty short staffed during the week which leads to long wait times. Lunch crab cake sandwich is good, lobster roll is not very good. The fries and sweet potato fries are amazing though.

Great Atmosphere, Katie was our server and she did a great job. Had a lot going on, but still stopped by to refill drinks and check on us. Great Job Katie!!!

We dinned here several times during our recent visit to Cedar Key. They have a happy hour and specials unique to Cedar Key. Staff are accommodating and service is as expected laid back so you can enjoy the views, atmosphere, local gentry and food. Meal are reasonable and portions are more than enough. Don' t pass up on the bowl... More

We come to Cedar Key quite often. Steamers is one of our go to places. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, it provides stunning views and you can watch wild dolphin in their natural environment. We have never been disappointed with the meals or service. It can get busy sometimes, but that's life. Moderately priced and facilities are clean.

I've been coming to Ceder Key for many years and have watched some of my favorite restaurants go down hill to the point to where I wouldn't eat at them no longer. Today however I tried a new place (To me) called Steamers and the view over the water and the food was good. I ordered the fish tacos with... More
