A hit or miss at Bones!

The Sunday paper flyer for Smokey Bones advertised new All-American Burgers! With a $10 off coupon, the Big Red Mac & Cheese Burger caught out eye and we couldn't resist a trip to check it out. You think of Smokey Bones BBQ and you think BBQ but they also are a great place to go and watch your favorite sports. The bar area which has many booths around it have many large screen TV's as well. Great food, drink and atmosphere. Have always had good service as well.

I usually just get a burger at a BBQ place but since I had one for lunch that day I wanted to try something different, so I got the pork tenderloin meal, with 2 sides. It was surprisingly good! I'm a very finicky eater and my only complaint was that I thought it was a bit too pink, but it... More

My mother spoiled me early on by making sure our food was wonderfully prepared and everything hit the table screaming hot. Bones' cooks don't seem to understand this concept. The flavors and portions are fine, but if it doesn't get to the table hot, then the magic is ruined. It doesn't matter how tasty the entree is if the rest... More

Last week while looking for a place to have lunch while visiting Winter Park we found Smokey Bones. We could not have enjoyed our lunch more. The service was excellent, the BBQ and the beans were perfect and the price reasonable. We will return.

We’ve actually come to like Smokey Bones as a franchise over Sonny’s. Both deliver great barbeque, but Smokey’s menu is a little more varied. On this lunch visit was passed up BBQ for a baked potato and salad, and Fish and chips. Both were very good, as has been most of the food we’ve ever ordered here. Full bar available.

We were a party of four and had a delightful evening of food and conversation. Pulled pork sandwich, hickory smoked salmon salad, Phili-like smoked brisket sandwich-all were very good. I had BBQ beans which was very good. Rustic atmosphere and very good service. They have an assortment of BBQ sauces on the table. If your in the mood for BBQ,... More

I have been to this Bones location many (at least 40-50) times in the past and the food is very tasty and I like the atmospere, BUT......tonight my food hit the table absolutely DEAD cold. My son's meal was fine, but mine must have been sitting on an unheated counter for at least 10 minutes. It wasn't kinda sorta warm,... More

I usually go to the Bones on E. Colonial in Orlando, but have occasionally gone to this Bones in Casselberry. This was the worse of such times. The service was good, but the kitchen was incredibly slow, taking 45 minutes to make a burger. The servers were waiting impatiently at the kitchen window, making apologizes to every table, and offering... More

This restaurant location is not known for fast service, but it is a pleasant place to eat. The Smoked Prime Rib, only available temporarily is absolutely wonderful! Get it while you can!!
