Found this on the side of the main road just a mile from where we were staying, outside was very simple with just a couple of cars parked outside but we thought we'd give it a go, went in to find an empty room full of tables which wasn't an encouraging start however this turned out to be the overflow... Fresh food always prepared to your liking. Prices are reasonable. Their crab cake sandwich is to die for, and their specials are outstanding .

great lunch spot if you don't want a big dinner, you will still be full by dinner time. Food well prepared and nicely presented. The pricing is moderate to low, great deal if your're on a budget.. Great place to just relax and enjoy !!

I have been here before and enjoyed their fish sandwich. However, this time I asked if the fish was was farm raised and they said yes so I ordered the more expensive grouper. It was the worst grouper sandwich I have ever had in SWFL. It was sliced thin and had a very bad fishy taste like it was old.... More

We ate here for dinner- the 'early bird Special. If you are looking for a great ambiance, this is not your place, but, if you want good home cooking, this is the place to eat! One of us had liver and onions, which was cooked just right and the other had the fish special- 2 fried cod pieces, with 2... More

Cape Coral's oldest restaurant, Thirsty's is one of its best! Our group of 8 to 12 people meets there at least once a month and the food is excellent. Reminds me of some of the seacoast, hole-in-the-wall gems of Massachusetts. Not crystal and candles--but great food. If you want good food at a great price Thirsty's is for you!
