Always have enjoyed what ever I ordered. The most wonderful soups, meals and of course the desserts. If you've never had hummingbird cake, you must try it!

Thought we would give this place a try and we left with mixed emotions. I ordered the seafood bake and my wife ordered tomato and bacon quiche. The seafood bake comes with a side salad. The salad was fresh and tasty. The seafood bake was another matter. It was covered with a thick coating of cheddar cheese. It was really... More

This is a wonderful place for lunch with a friend. After reading the reviews first, I made the wise choice to call ahead and make reservations on a Saturday for shortly after they opened. After a half hour they were fully seated and there was a line waiting. There are many choices for lunch and they all look yummy. Soups... More

Good sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups. Only issue I ever had there is they run out of desserts a lot, usually down to just a couple if you go for late lunch, which can be annoying, especially if you take someone and have raved about their cakes only to find there aren't any. Place is cute with a floral design part... More

Gotta try the potato soup and sandwiches. Be careful because the mile high desserts stare at you the whole mealtime. Fun place for lunch. Always good

This quaint little restaurant has been the go to for home cooking. From great soups to shrimp and grits, it has the southern charm and hospitality that makes your experience inviting. As with anything left unattended for years, I have found that this favorite lunch spot is now questionable if it is even worth the trip. I can overlook the... More

This is a super place for lunch with friends for special occasions or just a lunch. Always good food at a reasonable price. Love to spend time at the florist in the building and the little gift shop. This is a real dependable place to lunch in Brooksville.
