Fresh Food

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Table received typical chips and salsa, both fresh, although I think the chips could use a little salt. My food was fresh- the lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole-all fresh and tasty. I was surprised that all the food seemed freshly made. The service was quick... read more

Queso Dip was to die for, Bistic Ala Mexicana was superb. Margaritas, we're desirable. Service, the best. Diamond in the Ruff. Mom and Pop operation. Worth a try....

Service slow, margaritas watered down. Food better than service. Someone else mentioned chimichanga was small, it is. Not the best mexican restaurant I've been too but not the worse either.

Nice unassuming cafe atmosphere To have a quick bite before catching a movie across the parking lot. The food was tasty and fresh. Dining area pleasant and clean.

Visited 1/25/2015. Chips/Salsa was very good, tasted like it was homemade. Wife's margarita didn't taste very good. Her steak burrito was good. My Chimichanga was good , but it was a little small. All the fixin's were very good. Very tasty meal. Best we have found in Spring Hill/Brooksville area. Café atmosphere; quant! Overall we enjoyed the food and will... More

Sorry....i am absolutely puzzled when reading the other reviews. ...it's like they went to a completely different restaurant...everything was tasteless. Kids running around and margaritas made with some kind of wine....imo as of December 2014 there is no mexican food worth eating in the area...new one on four corners getting ready to open may change that...we will see..hope so

Great food, good service, i will definitely will come back, just an observation about about the regulations about the bar, I noticed parents with their kids from months old I as a Hispanic wish you can have little more stricter regulations, if it's a culture thing, you would would be helping on how to educate our community. Gracias por leer... More

This little restaurant had to move to make way for a movie theater expansion and we sure missed them while they were closed! The staff is very friendly and the food is good, what else do you need. You barely hit your seat and the chips/salsa are on the table (the salsa tastes very fresh and homemade). Pretty authentic Mexican... More

My wife and I found this restaurant purely by accident. We went to Taj Indian Cusine to try it out and found it to be closed on Mondays. Next door was Pueblo Viejo Mexican Restaurant, We decided to give it a try as I love authentic Mexican food when I can find it. I was not disappointed .The atmosphere was... More

But I heard about this place and bought if give it a try. It was really good! The queso was amazing and paired nicely with the gorilla chips.... More
