Three people in my party, three different entrees, one looked good (salmon), one was ok (cheese ravioli), and one was downright nasty; chicken parmesan - the guy eating it ate less than a third out of pure hungriness, and said it tasted like it had been left out for a week and reheated. Service was ok for food, VERY slow... More

Like the menu and service. The vocalist was a nice touch to the ambiance. A good place to dine with family.

We recently thought we'd try Macaroni Grill again after about an 18 month hiatus for poor service. We won't go back again. We sat at the bar. The service was friendly enough, but took 30 minutes to receive our appetizer, which was not even hot. I'd like to point out that the restaurant was not busy on a Saturday night.... More

For a chain restaurant they have captured the authentic mood and flavor of being in Italy. The food is very different from the standard American /Italian restaurant. Great service, good value, and a flavor that will bring you back for more. You will enjoy

Of the three major Italian restaurant chains (Olive Garden; Carrabba's; Macaronni Grille), this is the best of the bunch as far as menu items and overall taste. I've yet to have a meal here that wasn't excellent. The manager is VERY receptive to any and all comments - now THAT's refreshing.

Yes, I have to agree that Macroni grill is headed for the worst after years of great dining experience. My wife and I ate there for the last time yesterday evening. Service was poor and slow to bring drinks or food. Portions of servings were smaller and over priced for what you get. Food was dry and no longer had... More

From the moment we entered this Macaroni grill, our evening was doomed. The ditzy hostess told us 15 minutes. We expressed that we had 2 toddlers so we would appreciated being seated ASAP. 30 minutes later, we were sat in the back next to a large table with about 10 adults. The waiter was slow-moving but managed to bring drinks.... More

Food was consistent as previous visits. Nothing spectacular but you can always count a good meal with reliable service. I wish they would not sit large groups next to couples as this diminishes from the speed of service and the noise level increases significantly.

I went a few days ago and the menu had not only changed but had become very very small. They no longer offer artichoke dip as an appetizer....a staple in nice family restaurant menus. Macaroni Grill, an Italian restaurant, also does not offer Italian dressing for their salads. I ordered a chicken dish that was totally absent of chicken....not low... More

We had not dined here for quite some time so decided to give it try. The food and wine selections are diverse and interesting. I had the chicken scallopini and my husband had a ravioli dish, both of which were beautifully prepared and tasted delicious. The portions were sufficient, but not enough for leftovers to take home. Salads are not... More
