I'm late in submitting this review, because I just got an invite mentioning this place again and recalled all the reasons I did not have a fabulous afternoon. As a Brit and a lover of all things related to afternoon tea, I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. To be fair, I'm not sure if the... More

Don't be put off by the bright pink exterior--once inside you will be captivated by the transformation of the house into a true Victorian setting where you can imagine refined ladies of old England spending their afternoons chit-chatting over tea. But the ambiance isn't all that makes this the place for a special, leisurely afternoon. The food is outstanding. From... More

A lovely and pretty place for tea. Not a lot of parking but the house across the street allows you to park there.

I first took my mother to the delightful tea cup tea room for her birthday a little over a year ago. Falling in love at first visit, we have returned numerous times since. Be it before a shopping excursion, to celebrate something, or to chat with an old friend, the tea cup tea room is what you make it and... More

On my very first visit to The Tea Cup Tea Room, I was beyond impressed. This is not the first tea room I have been to, but to date I would have to say one of the best. It started with the Black Orange Cinnamon tea. As April, our most excellent wait person, brought the tea pot and took off... More

Walking into the Tea Cup Tea Room you are greated with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of garden cottage and shabby chic. The food is impecccable and very fresh. The chicken salad is by far the best I have had and the soups are spectacular, I specifically enjoy the chicken artichoke... More

If you are looking for a spot to entertain your mom, mother-In-law, visiting sisters or aunts, this is a nice spot, but leave the men at home, they won't like it. Ultra feminine, delicious food but pricey and large selection of teas, pots and cups. Soups and sandwiches are very good at the lower end of the price scale. Gift... More

A friend took me here one day for lunch. I have a few pro's and a few con's and a "I'm just curious" comment. Pro's: Fresh food!! Fresh baked and prepared as well. Desserts and Scones are to die for. The devonshire cream is perfect. The quiche delicious. Fruits are sweet and ripe. Knowledgeable servers. Great gift boutique with unusual... More

This tearoom is like many others which give you decor and wonderful teapots to have at your table. This may seem small to those that do not have much experience with tea rooms, but at this tearoom you are charged a dollar if you request jam or lemon curd for your scones. Once you agree to pay, you are given... More

A friend and I hosted a Luncheon for the Senior Spouses of MacDill AirForce Base in the Wisteria room and had a wonderful time!! As always, the staff was exceptional in explaining the various teas and specials of the day, helping each of us choose the perfect tea for our lunch. The chicken salad was a HUGE hit, and comments...
