This information is from an Island resident. The BRIDGE STREET PIER has a restaurant. It used to be Rotten Ralph's as shown in the picture, but they lost their lease in 2013 and are now on the mainland in Bradenton. The new restaurant on the pier since spring 2014 is CAST AND CAGE which has a listing under it's name.... More

Beautiful walk on the a pier that stretched out to the Gulf of Mexico. Love seeing the kids fishing and all the birds. Great place to have a beautiful walk on the beach.

While vacationing in Florida recently, was on Anna Maria Island for 2 days and our last morning we stopped in here to get a bite before our snorkel trip. The service was great, we sat outside and the view was refreshing. They have a good menu and everyone (party of 5) enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend this place and I... More

Good location out on the pier with a good view of the intracoastal traffic. As others have noted, it is a new restaurant with extensive upgrades and much cleaner than Ralphs. Nothing special food-wise, but a good solid place to stop and watch the traffic, pelicans, and get a taste of the Island live. {robably fun for kids if you... More

This was a very nice place and we stopped here with our family to get our kids some treats and also get something to drink. It was very busy and it took forever for us to get our order but we were just happy to get out of the sun. We would certainly go back again but not when it... More

Rotten Ralf's was an average restaurant on the pier, but had excellent service...they lost their lease on the pier. There is a new restaurant on the Bridge Street Pier now. Rotten Ralf's was closed and has reopened over on the mainland. While we have not tried the new restaurant on the pier, I hear good things about it. Being run... More

We found this place by accident while visiting bradenton , my husband and I ordered the shrimp basket... It was the best shrimp I've ever had !! You get 6 very large shrimp with the basket fries and coleslaw .. You must try it if you love shrimp! We also sat outside, and got to watch the dolphins .. I... More

We had breakfast which was just okay. It seemed the home fries were deep fried in the same frying unit as their seafood. The actual service was okay but friendly. Would I go back? Probably not.

It's great to a have a restaurant back on the pier. Cast 'n' Cage is slightly more formal than the previous restaurant, but there's bar seating as well as table service. It was too cool for the outdoor seating, so we had a window table where we could see the dolphins playing among the anchored boats. The service was efficient,... More

This restaurant is called Cast and Cage now. We went here three days in a row for breakfast. Food was good, but the last day the service was terrible. The place was understaffed and disorganized. We arrived at 10:12am for breakfast. Got seated then waited for 20-25 minutes to be served. This made it after breakfast service, but they asked... More
