Went to the Banana Boat to waste a little tim before we had to be somewhere. Well time we wasted. We sat at outside bard it took like over 10 minutes to get someone to come over to us. Got our drinks than over 15 minutes for them to ask if we wanted to place an order for food.

We have been here before and the food remains consistent. Tonight I tried the lobster quiche. It was tasty and came with fresh fruit. We had the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Both were good. We sat at the far end away from the band so we could talk.( The band was very good.) Unfortunately sitting by the water a... More

The family went here to eat on vacation last week. The service was good enough and the food was very good. It also has a very cook setting right on the waterway. Boats will pull up to the dock right beside you and unload and come eat. We had a table out on the deck right next to the water... More

I like this restaurant, but on weekends it can be very loud due to noise from bar. Off hours is the best time to go, your chances for a table outside improve greatly. The Conch Chowder and Clam Chowder are excellent. Fried fish is ok, but it may be overcooked a bit. The drinks are good, prices are average for... More

The restaurant is so crowded and many people smoke outside on the patio bar (YUK) and it smells and can ruin your meal. You also CANNOT get a cold beer (only bottles); it is likely because the beer does not sit in the ice long enough to get cold, the product moves too fast....so get a beer with a glass... More

This restaurant gets very, very crowded. The food is very good, and it's on the pier, so you have a great view. The bar is on the outside as well as the inside, and so you have the smokers and loud people out there. This is a place for a celebration, and fun, and a good meal!! For someplace quieter,... More

Every time my wife and I are at our Florida home we must get to the Banana Boat at least twice a week. The food is always good and the view of the waterway as well as the servers is great on the eye. There early bird weekday deal is a fabulous late lunch or early dinner. I recommend the... More
