Having lived here just two years now, it seemed like we have tried almost every Sushi place in S. Fl. Tonight we ventured out to Sushi Simon based on these very interviews on TA. Outstanding!, cool decor, small, nice music and Sushi that was presented as an art form with the taste to match. Expensive, yes but fantastic. The Shrimp... More

Can I just say WOW!! Amazing sushi!!! I ordered the shrimp shumai which was cooked to perfection, and then I had a coo coo roll... The roll didn't need soy sauce... I had it with spicy mayo on the side. Fell in love with the roll... I like trying unique rolls that I won't be able to get elsewhere... There's... More

OK Sushi with attitude! Poor management!! We have enjoy OK quality sushi for the most part at SS on a regular basis. Last night after returning from an extended stay in N, we decide to have some sushi at Simon. First of all we must say that the servers are all great. We had some of our favorites as usual... More

Amazing sushi here. The Simon Heaven roll is one of the best rolls I have ever had. The sauces are what make it so delicious. It is a hole in the wall, but super good. Very pricey, but definitely worth it.

The sushi is excellent, no question. Everything we ordered was fresh, properly prepared, delicious and served quickly. Our waiter, unfortunately, was not happy to seat us or serve us. The strip plaza isn't glamorous, but the food quality is worth it. Our host tipped the waiter generously, but made a point of seeking him out to tell him to smile,... More

This restraunt has sushi to die for, the taste will send your taste buds on a rollercoaster, BUT don't come too hungry. The portions per sushi roll are incredibly small, when your paying $25 for a roll your excepting a lot. Normally I can eat one roll and be full but that was not the case, my boyfriend and I... More

Sushi Simon has a big, though pretty ordinary sushi menu--though that's not at all a bad thing. If you're the type who knows what they want and order that from different places, you're likely to be impressed with the food and won't waste money. The fish here seemed really, really fresh which made for a great sushi experience. The staff... More

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is not traditional sushi - it is so much more. My favorite was the Hamachi - tart and spicy with citrus and jalapeno. Flavors are fresh and bright. The restaurant is in a funky strip mall and its not cheap, but what a fun surprise. Highly recommend

I LOVE food, wining and dining and don't even mind expensive tabs...WHEN they are worth it. Sushi Simon's sushi is Good maybe some things even great, but the rest of the package is POOR. The prices are RIDICULOUS, the portions tiny, the service unfriendly and the ambience beat. So if you are in the mood for losing money while being... More

Zagat had it right...you go to a restaurant for the food/drinks, ambience and service. Well Sushi Simon has half of one of the three categories right....the sushi is good, the wine list poor, the ambience a small dingy shoe box and the service takes the cake...or shall I say takes the tuna...it SUCKS. They act like you are lucky to... More
