The appetizers were excellent. They prepared the fish that were caught that day by a couple of people in our group. The fish entrees though were just average. One person ordered the rib eye and it looked amazing. Should have gone iwth the beef instead of fish.

The cevice sampler was quite good, as were the desserts. Fish was fresh, and the gulf shimp huge, firm, and sweet.

Excellent food, especially the CRISPY WHOLE SNAPPER!! It was sooo delicious. Everyone from the hosts to the servers were very professional. A must to eat here if you are staying at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa.

Tarpon Bay is a great restaurant, very unique dishes leveraging lot of local flavors / spices. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, it was pricey but essentially what we expected for restaurant of that quality.

The servers try really hard, but are not very well trained in the details of good service. Management issue. That aside, the resort is amazing and the food is wonderful. They are very accommodating to special requests (split plates, substitutions) and the chef seems to be very eager to please.

My wife and I went here one night and had the grilled Grouper and grilled Mahi. Superb! We had the same down in Keys the week before and this place is excellent.

Service and food were excellent! Very busy restaurant, but service was excellent, crab cake appetizer was amazing too!
