Description: You Can't Fake Fresh® - that's not just our tagline, it is the core value of the family owned and operated Pinchers Crab Shacks.Fresh is everything to a seafood restaurant, especially ours, and we try our best to deliver fresh seafood to your table each and every visit. Local fishermen and crabbers leave our shores daily and guide their boats out into the Gulf of Mexico to fish on behalf of Pinchers. They return each night with the best that the Gulf has to offer. They bring this precious catch to us and are one of the primary reasons for our success. In 2007, we purchased the Island Crab Company on Pine Island to serve as a fresh seafood facility for our restaurants. By having our own local facility, we can deliver fresh fish and shellfish to the table faster and fresher – whether its Grouper, Blue Crab, Stone Crab or some of the wonderful fish that you'll see highlighted as specials of the day.Local Fisherman fish Local Waters for a Local Restaurant. You can't get a more Southwest Florida experience than that, and that's what we mean when we say – You Can't Fake Fresh®.

This was our first time to this pinchers. Our kids enjoyed coloring on the paper table cloth so we adults were able to enjoy grouper sandwiches and margaritas. It was a little pricy for the value but overall, a positive experience. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.

We went to have dinner there last night. We usually go during season, when we can get crab claws. They are always good. Last night, we got right in, had a very good waitress and ordered our dinner. I ordered grilled pompano. When it came,it looked good, nicely striped from the grill. Unfortunately, after a couple of bites that didn't... More

This trip we have gone to Pinchers three times and two times the food was great and the one time it was not- management stepped in and made things right. A casual, fun environment with a caring staff makes the afternoon fly by. I love the carb cake sandwich for lunch, others had the popcorn shrimp and soft shell crabs.... More

This is a local chain, but as far as crab it is the best place I have found in the area. If you have appetite for crab go here or one of the other locations in the area

Walked right in and we're lucky to be there for Happy Hour. 2 for 1 Margarita's sounded great to all of us. Tried the crab dip and all of us chowed down on a fresh grouper sandwich. Delicious!!

Pinchers is a fun place to eat with a beachy very causal atmosphere. The wait staff puts paper to cover your table and then writes their name on it so you will always remember it. There are at least 4 locations in the naples -Fort Myers area and the food is consistently average. The fried food is a bit doughy... More

My favorite seafood restaurant! So favorite that we drive 6 to 8 times a year from Palm Beach (2.5 hrs) to eat here! Specially to enjoy their famous and popular Maryland blue crab pinchers (their name sake). Today was the last time for us though as they had run out of our favorite dish. One hour before we arrived. Furthermore... More

Black Grouper was just OK. For the price this should have been the best fish possible, but it was just a little fishy. They do have the best fries around. This is a regular spot for us while on vacation so we will com back.

Black grouper is truly the best fish around and i'm sorry this was not the case on your visit. We do carry a variety of other fish throughout the year, maybe check out snapper or pompano on a return visit. Those are some of my favorites. More

We had a late lunch there yesterday. We got in just as happy hour was starting (3:00-6:00). We had never been here but got a gift certificate. It's very casual, exactly what you'd expect from a crab shack. Don't dress up! I had a stone crab claw and the fish and chips. My husband had 6 raw oysters and broiled... More
