Great happy hour at the bar and a few tables. Good values for quality foods. I had a wagu meat hamburger with an egg on top and great onion rings, melted in my mouth, no condiments needed, $10. My wife loved the sushi appetizer, big enough for dinner. Would recommend as great way to try high end recipes. We went... More

First time at Roy's and was really impressed! The Hawaiian martini was really delicious. We started with the lobster dumplings which was recommended by our server and well worth it. The bone in ribeye and chefs special(pan seared pink peppercorn halibut) were phenomenal! We ended with the upside down pineapple cake which was homemade and well worth the twenty minutes... More

Had reservations for Mother's Day and this was our first time at Roys. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. As we were being walked to our table -every staff member we passed said hello, welcome, happy Mother's Day, or glad you are joining us tonight. That was a nice beginning. Our server Knives was just fabulous. She was helpful... More

My husband and I had drinks and appetizers at the bar. The tempura crusted Ahi roll and the Ebi roll were excellent. Nice atmosphere at the bar.

Would never go there during season...first, there are so many people waiting. Second, even called for reservation, you still need to wait...third, some people think they are better than others, which to me is funny, but it does ruin your appetite for a little bit. The bar area is always good for friends hang out or want some "loud" talk.... More

I love all Roy's restaurants, so take this review with a grain of salt. Big reason: they deal with kids wonderfully. Always bring out complimentary food to tide kids over till their main meal comes. Very smart, especially when you have crabby hungry young kids. Our food, as usual was very good. Reason I didn't give it a higher mark... More

We have been dining here since it opened and it just keeps getting better and better. Celebrating my wife's birthday on Monday, we made a reservation. (Suggested) They bring you Edamame to start which is served really hot and fresh. We ordered the Waikoloa salad of Romain lettuce, crispy goat cheese, pancetta, capers and finished with a parmesan dressing. Our... More
