Had a pleasant get together with family here & was treated to a great deal of food. Loved getting served rye bread, coleslaw, & pickles basically as soon as you arrive to get you nibbling. The lean brisket sandwich was so juicy & filling I took the other half home. Disappointing apple strudel...didn't think it would be as bland as... More

Like being back in NYC. Great food and atmosphere (love the signs). Wait staff must have trained in NY to have learned just the right amount of sarcasm and comedy to make you feel right at home. Large portions of food just like mamma used to make!!!

Been to Ben's several times and have always enjoyed it. Six of us went tonight. Usually restaurants aren't busy on Sunday evenings but Ben's was packed. The pickles(both sour, half done and tomatoes), slaw, bread and pretzel rolls were excellent. The Corn Beef and Pastrami sandwiches lean and tasty, and my mother in laws favorite, Soup in a Pot, large... More

Restaurant was crowded and we had a great family reunion--celebrating my wife's cousin's 90th birthday. Great (free) coleslaw on table. I had my usual corned beef sandwich. Rye bread was nothing special. Several others ordered steak which came black and terribly overdone. Maybe it was an off night.

I savored the salad, the knish was delish, but for good cornbeef - try elsewhere. The bread was like packaged rye and the filling was dry and without real corned beef flavor. Service was very good

This is my hubsters fave restaurant. We make the long trip from Loxahatchee to Boca because this is the only KOSHER deli to be found. All others are kosher-style, but they can't fool us with their pastrami & cheese sandwiches! Ben's is the real deal, even the waiters act like New Yawkers...The cole slaw (for the table) is to die... went to the Host desk and stood there while no one paid attention or greeted us. Host name badge said Joe. So right off we did not have a good feeling. The waitress seemed ok but we soon found out she was incompetent. We wanted Matzo Ball soup. She said " we only have lentil or barley soup today" Found... More

A friend recommended this place so we decided to give it a try. Coming from New York we know what good cold cuts are and this place did not disappoint. I had a corned beef sandwich that was great and my wife had a tongue sandwich which was great as well. These came with excellent cole slaw and really tasty... More

Four rabbis (classmates) ate together at Ben's in honor of national recognition of Rabbi Fred Natkin as one of Americas most inspiring rabbis. All four HUC grads enjoyed the ambience, kosher cuisine, and of course all the pithy Jewish sayings on the walls.
