I have been to both the Boca Raton and Deerfield locations. I thought it was very average. The sweet potato chips were dredged in salt. The chicken needed some meat on the bone. I was disappointed.

Not my first trip, opened in 1991 and now is a three restaurant chain. Each restaurant has a food theme, here it's sandwiches. Priced $6.79-$8.99. I had bayou chicken w/barbecue sauce. The facility is trendy even with it's age. Probably because of the neighborhood. The staff is great.

Nothing fancy, but very tasty food and great service. One suggestion would be that they add some healthier side dishes such as green beans or side salads. Other than that, great place to eat!

This small friendly restaurant serves fantastic ribs. The best I have ever eaten. We even made a detour to be able to make it a second time.

I eat lunch here twice a month. I always come early around 11:30am to beat the rush as this place is small(hole-in-the-wall) and not a lot of parking spaces. This is not smoked BBQ. However, everything I have tried is consistently good. My favorite is the ribs and dixie wings platter w/ Mississippi sweets and baked beans as the sides.... More

Amazing selection of food and clever names too. Tractor treads were amazing and so was the Talladega Red Burger with amazing sauce and buns

Food is good, services is also. Love their sauces. Staff is friendly and informative. Here comes the but part, it definitely needs updating, the cooler made so much noise we had to move, tables are so close we could touch the next person. I'd use it for take out, it's not even tourist season, so I know it would be... More

We have eaten here twice in the last few months and both times the service was good and the food was delicious. They do a nice job of having food for the real bar b que folks and also food for those of us who are little less excited about bar b que. Their sauces are good, especially when you... More

Today we tried out this quaint little Southern Barbecue joint. It had a cute atmosphere, good menu, great service and price. I enjoyed my fall off the bone ribs but the rest was just so so. We frequent barbecue in every town and state we travel to. This cooking process (probably indoors) was not the authentic smoked barbecue taste,if that is... More

Five of us dined at Mississippi Sweets last night. We were seated about 10 minutes after our arrival. Parking was extremely difficult because their parking lot is shared by other restaurants and a pub and due to the World cup Games, the pub was packed, even had a tent outside in the parking lot for overflow patrons. About our meals.... More
