No-nonsense breakfast

For week-day breakfast, Maggie Mae's offers great omelettes, coffee, and breakfast fare without a lot of fuss. The servers are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable although if you substitute, confirm whether you will be charged extra.

This is a great little breakfast joint with homestyle biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, omelets and many other great options! The waitstaff is kind, turns tables over fast if there is a wait and do a great job of keeping your coffee cup full!

I stopped by for a quick lunch while in the area. The staff was friendly, although very busy. I ordered a turkey club sandwich with mustard and extra mayo. It was tasty, but still a little dry, even thought I requested extra mayo. The server was good, although she was very busy with perhaps too many customers. But, the tab... More

We went in for Saturday breakfast, ugh! Waitress was rude and pretty much non existent for our order. We finally got her attention and then waited for our food. There were 5-6 tables and we all were waiting. We did not care for their signature potatoes/hash browns. Our food was cold, and we had to ask for our toast that... More

I love MM, for breakfast especially. Lunch, on the other hand, not so much. It's 1:30pm, after the lunch rush, so I realize we run the risk of 86 items, slow service, everybody wants to go home, I get it. My Corned Beef "Stacked" Reuben is anything but stacked. It's a sandwich that I normally eat with a side of... More

This is not only the best breakfast and lunch place in the Bluffs, probably the best in Pinellas County. From plain old eggs over easy with bacon and home fries ( grits for us Southerners) to the Eggs Benedict, the pancakes and Belgium Waffles and few unexpected items, it is the best ! Lunch menu is varied, but I love... More

Maggie Mae's has two locations--one in the Bluffs and one on Sand Key. We visited the one in the Bluffs. I checked out their menu online but it is NOTHING like the printed menu in the restaurant--it would take me over an hour to read all the fun things on the menu so ask for a "to go" menu before... Staying at the holiday Inn at Indian Rocks Beach. Short drive to breakfast. Love Mom and Pop places to eat instead of chain places. Good food, quick service, good prices. Large portion. Would definitely eat there again

I had the creme brûlée French toast It was fluffy and perfectly cooked the best French toast ever. And I, his mom ;) had the whole wheat pancakes, and they were both light and fluffy and healthily dense. AMAZING food and adorable atmosphere to boot! Don't miss it if you're in the area.

Was recommended by a local and they didn't disappoint! Busy place so be prepared to wait during busy season. Some outdoor dining which is ok if it's not too hot & humid. Must try their home-made corned beef hash! The menu states it's nothing like what comes out of a can and they were right! Delish! Friendly service. Ate here... More
