We visit Mister Collins regularly, realizing the food is slight above average but the views, ambiance and wine list are excellent. Some time we sit on the deck located high above Inlet and take in the sights, the Atlantic Ocean breezes and relaxed atmosphere. imo, this place is best enjoyed over a couple of appetizers and a glass or two... Three and a half stars. Mostly for the view, the ambience, the décor - and one of the best restrooms I've ever been in. Mister Collins is in ONE Bal Harbor, a resort/residence/spa, next to the harbor and Atlantic. Parking is by valet, $5 after validation. Nice elegant modern décor, banks of floor to ceiling windows, and an outdoor terrace.... More

Concierge recommended we visit Mister Collins, which we found located in the ONE Hotel which is the last building next to the waterway. Great food, from the yacca chips with guacamole, kale salad and mahi sandwich. Service was friendly, but extremely slow, and we were there mid-afternoon when the restaurant wasn't busy. Outdoor seating was nice - you have a... More

Despite the reviews we went anyways. Point being we should have listened. Atmosphere is awesome but the food not so much. Way overlooked filet, barely could eat it. Scallops and guacamole were enjoyable, pretty standard though. Burger was OK but again, basic. For the price not worth it. We would go back but only for drinks to sit outside.

You can sit outside and have your breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the water, which is remarkably close, a rarity on Miami Beach. The place is very relaxing and shaded during the day. The food is just OK. I had a chicken with good dark meat and dry white meat. My wife had the striped bass, which she enjoyed, but... More

The food was very delicious and the view of the water quite beautiful. If it wasn't for the building fire alarm going off in the middle of dinner it would have been perfect. Luckily it was a false alarm and our dinner was not badly interrupted.

Good location, decor and service. The menu is limited and the dishes we chose were average. Good wines though

Great views over the water, lots of boats exiting harbour to the sea. Food just ok, burger not much taste, rib floating in sauce, we went for bruch - not special.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast. Got a good deal on Groupon, so tried it out. And I have to say it was a great buy. Its is located in a resort type condo at the end of Bal Harbour, I think the name of the place is The ONE. You are greeted by the valet which will cost... More

It was a rainy day so we couldn't seat at the terrace, we sat inside, it was half full and the atmosphere was kind of quite, the food was ok, overall everything was good, but good enough for 1 visit.
