Varied menu to appeal to all. Located in the Bal Harbor Shops to expect to pay a premium price for overall well presented appetizing food. Service was above average.

I visited this restaurant with friends for a late lunch. We sat in the "outdoor" seating area that was part of the mall. There was a glass roof so sunlight came through but no breeze or real experience of the outdoors. My friends ordered smoothies which were very good. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and added chicken. It was... More

The good: Good smoothies, great menu selection, ample outdoor café-style seating. We visited a couple of times during a 3 night stay as its conveniently located near Bal Harbour hotels and beach. The not-so-good: Was charged more than the menu price for a run-of-the-mill breakfast dish with the explanation "the price just went up". Customer service was fine other than... More

You can sit "outside" in beautiful setting, get a decent affordable meal. Watch the glitterati go by. Food is not super gourmet, but is good enough. Staff are very nice. Ambiance is fun and beautiful.

Amazing food, friendly staff, great location, relaxing. They have a great juice Bar, fantastic for breakfast (omlets, scrambles, and fruit). The wheat toast was fantastic. The staff remembered us each day and were very attentive to our needs.

Please note, this is not your typical sandwich and coffee place. If you are in the Bal Harbor Mall and happen to get hungry after spending your annual salary, this place has a great selection of sandwiches and sweets that will make you forget your sorrow. And these are not your ordinary American sandwiches, these are Cuban and/or Latin influenced... More

The day we ate there we had to sent our door back three times. We ended up not eating. I had to get up several times to find a server. They didn't get anything right and served cold food. The people on either side of us were also complaining. It was a mess!

Nice place to sit down and see people passing by. Bit pricey, but it can be forgiven because it's location. Slowish service, but place was crowded too.

Had lunch here with my mother and sister and we all shared the hearts of palm salad, cuban sandwich and tuna tartar. Everything was delicious and much better than we expected. It could be that we were so hungry from shopping for hours at the winter sale at Saks, but I really think it was genuine good food. My sister... More
