Never again, I found a big cockroach ( cucaracha) on my food and it was cooked. The kitchen is not clean, the manager didn't care. He didnt even come to apologize. You can go to any of the Bal Harbour restaurants for the same price and they are better.

During the hard work of shopping within the mall one needs a rest but it is not so easy to get it : first you have to stay in a queue ! They have great cappucinos and and a lot of other things one may need for a light lunch The waiters use communication gadgets with pride

I had a business breakfast and we had plenty of time to sit and talk without feeling rushed. Juice, toast, and my guest had oatmeal that he said was just average. It's about the atmosphere of the Bal Harbour shops ... more than the quality of the food. 3 smoothies, 2 toast and an oatmeal for $45. Plus tip.

this little café, recently renovated, is a welcome addition to the high-end eateries in the mall. You can get a pungent café con leche in the morning, a fresh salad for lunch, a protein-packed smoothie for your afternoon pick-me-up and then an affordable dinner option. The staff if knowledgeable and can help you navigate both the large menu and the... More

Being located on the second floor of the Bal Harbour Shops allows for beautiful seating on a terrace-like patio. A lovely breeze runs through the amazing greenery surrounding the patio. David M. Was our terrific server. He was attentive, sweet and helpful. He came and checked on us frequently and provided us with everything we asked. Thank you very much!... More

This cafe has a bit of everything on a casual looking place. Staff was taking good care of me right from the start, even though it was a bit crowded. Cappuccino was really good, same for the grilled chicken sandwich I had. I would come back again

I thought the empanadas and baked treats were quite good - service was just okay. I would come back again.
