If you need a cuban coffee pitstop while in the the Bal Harbor shops, I would certainly recommend this place. The coffee prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Take your coffee then downstairs and sit by the koi pond and enjoy the beautiful setting.

During my second ay visiting bal harbor shops we decided to try an alternative to carpaccio. While Santa Fe still has a line, the prices are better and the service is fast and helpful. The food is what you can expect from a café but it does not disappoint.

While the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the quality of the food is below average. I had a kale salad, water and coffee and spend over $30. The salad was just about eatable so I do t feel is a good deal. If guess if you are in a hurry it works!

I stopped for a cup of latte and it was so disappointing. Kind of Starbucks quality. If you are craving a quality latte, skip this place.

Varied menu to appeal to all. Located in the Bal Harbor Shops to expect to pay a premium price for overall well presented appetizing food. Service was above average.

I visited this restaurant with friends for a late lunch. We sat in the "outdoor" seating area that was part of the mall. There was a glass roof so sunlight came through but no breeze or real experience of the outdoors. My friends ordered smoothies which were very good. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and added chicken. It was... More

The good: Good smoothies, great menu selection, ample outdoor café-style seating. We visited a couple of times during a 3 night stay as its conveniently located near Bal Harbour hotels and beach. The not-so-good: Was charged more than the menu price for a run-of-the-mill breakfast dish with the explanation "the price just went up". Customer service was fine other than... More

You can sit "outside" in beautiful setting, get a decent affordable meal. Watch the glitterati go by. Food is not super gourmet, but is good enough. Staff are very nice. Ambiance is fun and beautiful.

Amazing food, friendly staff, great location, relaxing. They have a great juice Bar, fantastic for breakfast (omlets, scrambles, and fruit). The wheat toast was fantastic. The staff remembered us each day and were very attentive to our needs.
