Came here twice

Visited this restaurant twice on a business trip. Great selection and mix of brews. The Chorizo Meatloaf and pretzel were delicious choices. Good service too, and close to the Sheraton hotel.

In town for business and the place was recommended. I was able to walk from the hotel. The service was wonderful and the food delicious. I had ribs.. fell off the bone yummy. The asparagus was good as well as the coleslaw. I also started with french onion soup..likely one of the best I have ever had. All round good... More

Very casual, a bit noisy. But a good selection on the menu and everything we've tried has been good.

My boyfriend and I came here late Tuesday, just after arriving in the area. We were hungry and this was literally the only place open! We had a steak sandwich and a crab cake sandwich, and we were not disappointed! I actually went back the next night to way dinner again. I had the cobb salad with grilled chicken and... More

What a treat! We went for brunch on a Sunday which lasts until 2pm. My husband had the western omelet and I had the Belgium Waffles. We shared wings with hot and bbq sauce. Wings were perfect. Our food was cooked great and portions were nice. We sat at a high top table near the bar so we enjoyed a... More

Nice atmosphere and the food was good. Bar was very busy, so we sat at a table. Service was friendly and prompt.

Had lunch here and the food and service was very bad. Fries were soggy and drenched in grease. The burgers were not cooked right and tasted really bad, left a terrible taste in my mouth for hours after. Salad was wilted and seemed to be sitting out for hours. The waitress delivered the food and then never showed up again.... More

Pretty pricy but the food was great and the atmosphere romantic. The restaurant is a little tight but it was nice.

Family of six having a late late lunch on a Saturday about 3.30 PM. Place was fairly empty, couple of people at bar, maybe 2 or 3 small tables in restaurant. All of us were hungry, went there on a word from someone, not a recommendation. Ordered 6 drinks, 3 cocktails, 3 beers. The beers were good, 2 of the... More

I have been patronizing the Ale House since it opened in '97, and at various times could be considered a "regular." I have been for brunch, lunch, dinner, late night snacks, special dinners, and drinks at the bar. I've dined here alone, with friends and family, on dates, and as part of business meals. Of all the (many) times I've... More
