The food is good here, a bit too much garlic, but still good. Servers are attentive and food is served in huge portions. This is not an inexpensive place to dine with the family. Four of us for LUNCH two under age 10 and the bill was $74 not including the tip. There was no salad included, bread is served... More

Excellent upscale Italian in an unusual but nice setting. Sat outside and enjoyed the evening. Food was great, service even better. The restaurant sits alone in an area dominated by office parks. However, as you pull around to what is the front of the establishment, you find yourself in a more private secluded spot. Located in the burbs of Wilmington... More

We visited this restaurant last night, I had been here before about a year ago. The food was very good. My entree was the shrimp capellini and was excellent, shrimp cooked perfectly and the light sauce was wonderful. We ordered the flatbread with fig and cheese, which was a little over cooked and a bit too much fig for my... More

Capers and Lemons is a an attractive restaurant for fine Italian dining. The location is very good with lots of parking spaces. It is also easily accessible from the Interstate highways. The service is very good and friendly. The wine list offers a wide selection at reasonable prices. The soups and salads and other appetizers are very good. The pasta... More

I have visited this restaurant a few times, and have always liked the food and service. In our last visit, however, a senior waiter took a dislike to one of the members of our group, and treated him quite poorly without any apparent reason. I left an email complaint on the restaurant's website, which was never answered. Will never go... More

Capers & Lemons is always a great value meal with an excellent environment and freindly service. The Manager does a nice job running this restaraunt. Wine menu is reasonably priced. We always stop by the bar just to relax. One of our favorite restaraunts in the area. Great for business dinners also.

The meal started off poorly when the reservation I made a week ago and confirmed the day before was not honored. I am not sure why the hostess thought it was best to question me over and over again and suggest how I was confused about my reservation. It was very frustrating. Thankfully everything pick up after the poor start.... More

After visiting Winterthur, my friend and I went to Capers and Lemons for lunch. Although a little hard to find, it was well worth getting lost! Very quaintly decorated in an Italian bistro style, the staff was attentive and friendly. It is an open and airy feeling restaurant and the food was excellent. I had a home-made pesto pizza with... So..if you don't mind paying $24 for about 3oz of veal (in the saltimboca) and a pound of mashed potatoes...or the $21 for about the same ratio of chicken to potatoes in the chicken piccatta then this is the place for you! The food was good, but prices are about 25% too high for what they are delivering...and then there... More
