A laid back breakfast served by an army of young waitstaffers

We were here for breakfast, and would describe this as mostly a breakfast sort of place. It is reminiscent of a 50's-style coffee shop/diner. It was a Saturday morning, and the place was practically filled. We were amazed at the large number of servers, all young and rather laid-back, very... read more

Old art deco coffee shop atmosphere with friendly efficient service and fantastic food! I tasted my daughter's breakfast burrito.....great stuff, but my Juevos Rancheros with Eggs, Black Beans, Potatoes and Salsa was out of this world! Great coffee too!

We had lunch. Daughter had the special pork parm. It was hige but was so full of grizzle it was uneatable. She also got fried cauliflower it was ok. I order the cheeseburger. So salty and burger was dry and rubbery. I remember a good burger from past visit a year ago. Grandson had grilled cheese. It was ok. Nothing... More

Cutiing to the chase, it is a simple neighborhood place. I used to like it, but now higher prices, just OK. I dont really go anymore because it too expensive for what you get.

Stopped here on New Year's Day for breakfast - crazy you say??? Believe it or not, even though packed we were seated at a clean table by a smiling waiter in under ten minutes. The young lady who waited on us was smiling and helpful in answering questions about the menu. I had the creamed chipped beef and would agree... More

My wife had pecan pancakes which were excellent. I had the creamed chipped beef which was just OK. It was a small portion and not hot...just warm. The biscuits were too heavy and overwhelmed the chipped beef. I should have requested toast instead. The home fries were different, very hot and crispy. Enjoyed the clean, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. Our... More

We enjoyed our diner style breakfast. I had the egg, bacon and home fries with a pancake on the side. Pancakes were yummy. My husband had the Feta cheese omelette. Our food was cooked to perfection. The coffee was excellent. The service was very good. Give them a try you will like them!

Stopped in for breakfast. Service was very fast but prices were very high. Breakfast for 3 was $35 without tip. Lots of food but it was OK. Would not go back for breakfast.

Grabbed breakfast on the way to Longwood Gardens and found ok food. The chipped beef must have had a stick of butter mixed in. Even for someone who enjoys butter it was almost unbearable at times. You could see it separate from the gravy. Wife had a monte cristo which I wouldn't consider a true monte cristo. It was completely... More

This was our first time here and we stopped here on Father's Day. Friendly staff and the food is really good. Lots of selections, fun retro decor and fairly priced. Kid-friendly. Eggs Benedict was yummy, scrapple egg sandwich was huge and the pancakes are big and good too. We got there early on a Sunday but it was busy (line)... More
