Husband and I were traveling and stopped in for Mexican food but tried the specials instead. The rock fish stuffed with crab imperial was perfect and the thick chop pork chop topped with fried onions, peppers and chorizo sausage was delicious. Our servicer was friendly, even the owner came out to say hi. Highly recommended.

We loved this place! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice. The server was very knowlegable about the dishes and was very friendly and helpfull. We will definetly go back to the Cactus Cafe every year when we visit Ocean City!

If you like Mexican food, and its variations with seafood, this is a great place to go. It has the atmosphere more of a year-round "locals" place than a summer tourism place for the Fenwick Island and Ocean City MD crowd. But it's only a few miles back from the ocean highway and was not crowded on a Wed. night.... More

We have been many times to Cactus in Selbyville. The staff is always friendly and responsive. All our trips there now are for our granddaughter, who loves the place. When we first started going years ago, the meals were fresh, and vibrant. Then, over time the quality seemed to fade. I also noticed we were being charged full price for each... More

There aren't many restaurants on Dupont Hwy en route to Ocean City. Our teenagers were starving and we weren't sure if we should hold off another 20 minutes until we arrived in OC or stop. We didn't have high expectations when we pulled in to Cactus Cafe. We were greeted so warmly and sat right away. Within minutes we had... More

We went to Cactus café late on a Saturday night, so the restaurant was not crowded. It was lively however, as the owner was talking to some of the customers, one of whom apparently was celebrating her birthday. Shortly after we sat down, he started singing “Happy Birthday” and the whole restaurant joined in. We were served chips and salsa.... More

My wife and I stopped at the Cactus Care in Selbyville on Tuesday. There are two branches but we stopped at the route 113 original. The premises are old as is the restaurant itself having had a good 20 year run. It needs a renovation but the food is excellent and is really the only top level Mexican we have... More

We got take-out here while staying in nearby bayside. I had the chipotle chicken with refried beans and rice - all of it was excellent. It had a creamy sauce that was very tasty. The place was packed when I went to pick up - it's very popular. I would go back again. Since I only visited once - 4... More
