Superb Chinese Food

This is a jewel. The appetizers are amazing, especially the cold spicy noodles, the salmon and scallion pancakes and the salt and pepper shrimp. Main courses are uniformly terrific. While expensive for Chinese food, the quality justifies the price.

Excellent ! We had the WonTon Soup, Seafood Hot and Sour Soup, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Crispy Halibut, Scallion Pancakes with Smoked Salmon. All was delicious! The service was outstanding.

Came here for dinner with a friend on a Saturday night in March. I was told that they had great food. Before coming to the restaurant, I checked their menu online and realized that the food they offer here is more Americanized. It is an upscale Chinese restaurant. It's very different from the take-outs or hole-in-a-wall joint that you see... More

Perhaps because it is located in the heart of the Rehoboth Beach dining area or perhaps because it is one of the very few Chinese restaurants in the area ... but there are high expectations about this place. I had their pepper steak and my wife had a chicken dish and both were well prepared and tasty. I did think... More

Went here with friends for my birthday celebration. I was surprised how packed it was for a weekend in February! This place has always been our go to date night location and we've never been disappointed! We usually get the same thing: salt and pepper shrimp (amazing!), spring rolls (always delicious!) and we share the General Tso's Chicken entree....we get... More

After suffering thru a very bland and too heavily crusted flounder and watching my companion eat Mu Shu Pork without the customary pancakes, I should not have been surprised by the coconut cake we ordered for finishing the meal. It looked like and tasted like Pepperidge Farm. The server admitted it was not baked in house, but why even offer... More

We've dined here many times and always enjoy our meals and appetizers. Better than any Chinese restaurant at home. Already looking forward to our next visit. Service is top notch.

One of the few restaurants open January 1. Quiet, rustically elegant. Handsome environment. We shared a dish with flank steak and could not have been happier. The occasional red meat splurge was well spent. Friendly wait staff. High quality preparation. Have no idea what it is like in-season. A jewel on the first day of 2015.

This is not your typical Chinese restaurant. From the owner greeting you at the door, to your leaving, this was truly a great dinner experience. The service was superb and the food was Outstanding! I couldn't decide what to eat, it was all so appealing. We will definitely be back when in Rehoboth again.

I've eaten at Confucius in the past, and it was very good. This time, it exceeded my expectations. It still has a delightful atmosphere - elegant and quiet. This is definitely not at all like your typical strip mall Chinese take-away. The food, on the other hand, has improved since last year. I started with the seafood sweet-and-sour soup, which...
