We went here by accident. We were supposed to go to another place that was too crowded, and too loud for a family place. We did a little walking and stumbled on Stoney Lonen. It far exceeded our expectation. We had about a 15 minute wait to get in during the height of vacation season on Friday night...no big deal... More

What a pleasant surprise! The fish and chips were awesome and flat iron steak too and who doesn't love a pint of Guinness? Monday is "Irish Night" and many of their specials are $12.95 w/beer just $4!! The place has a cosy atmosphere-wooden booths - perfect for pre- dinner cards! The hostess seemed a little hesitant, even confused when we... More

We had a delicious dinner with my daughter. We all ordered the specials; fish tacos, stuffed lobster tail and a pound of crab legs. Yum!

Rehoboth Beach is a popular summer tourist town with several dining choices. Even with the amount of places, getting a table for dinner can lead to a rather long wait. My husband and I were surprised that we were seated right away. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The decor inside boasts the typical Guinness posters and pictures of Ireland.... More

Stoney Lonen doesn't come up in Trip Advisor searches for "Irish," "Seafood," or "Pub," but it should, for all three, and it does a great job in all three categories, as a recent visit by 6 adults and a 2-year-old will attest. Shared starters won raves: Irish Ale Battered Onion Rings with spicy horseradish sauce, $7.95;Guinness Stout-Braised Short Ribs with... More

What a nice, fun little place. Stoney Lonen serves better than average food at good prices. The bar specials are good, and while it can be a little noisy, we had a great time. We were especially pleased with the fish and chips special. The service was the usual young folks that you find in resort towns: not polished, but... More

We were a group of 9; 3 adults and 6 children. All were very pleased with their meals. I had the half lobster with crab imperial, which was very tasty. I also got a small taste of the fish and chips, which was also very nice. The chili con carne was ok, but nothing special. Also shared a calamari to... More

When you think of the beach, you don't think of Irish food but in Rehoboth Beach, you should. What a delicious meal you will find at Stoney Lonen. The Guinness grilled Mahi Mahi has an incredible depth of flavor and is a very generous portion. The Asiago Encrusted Grouper over mashed sweet potatoes is sweet and savory and will have... More

We ate here early on Thursday after a washed out beach day. It was still happy hour so of course we got some pints and the steamed shrimp appetizer. Awesome. I had the 1/2 lobster with the stuffed crab imperial. It was excellent and my wife got the grilled chicken dish which was very good. We finished with the rum... More

Caesar salad with a salmon based dressing, perhaps the best fish and chips I have ever had, excellent shrimp, mahi mahi, chicken with a cheese based sauce. And reasonably priced, reservations are available, and great, personable wait staff. Everyone one of our party of five had a great meal, finished with desserts to die for - chocolate pecan pie, really... More
