Delicious meal, but ...

Went with four friends to have a weeknight dinner. We had a reservation but it was unnecessary -- other than a large party in the front dining room, restaurant was essentially empty. The first clue that the night would be strange was when two of us sat at the bar (we arrived early) to have a beer... read more

Reserved a table for four for a Saturday night dinner. Please was empty when we arrived but we still had to wait? Passed the time at the bar, where the bartender appeared to be completely frazzled. Order drinks off the cocktail menu and he made the cocktails using different alcohols than what were described in the menu. When we asked... More

Definitely a restaurant for fine dining (as fine as it can get in Rehoboth). Great use of fresh produce like the beet salad with frizzled leeks and pistachio paste. The standout, however, was the dessert - cherry clafoutis with basil white chocolate chip ice cream. This dessert was INSPIRED! Best ice cream ever - we were swooning over it.

To begin, let me say that the food at Espuma continues to be first rate. On our recent visit to this restaurant on a Saturday night, we thoroughly enjoyed the paella as well as our salads and the homemade bread. Now about the service. Our waiter, Kevin, was one of only two waiters working a very busy dining room and... More

We were told this was the best restaurant in Rehoboth. Mildly disappointed it,s very close quarters and noisy. They were out of the gin I wanted, all Sauvignon blancs and two of the deserts. The signature dish Paella was very average, lots of saffron rice covered few shrimp and little chorizo. The truffle ravioli was incredible. The staff was very... More

On a side street, this is a small, eclectic place Great cocktails, a bang for the buck is the flight of wines which come in real wine glasses 1/2 full; have a designated driver We had the paella, the slow cooked pork, and the salmon, all very good Now the service can get hectic with two servers, the bartender, and the... Delicious unique food. We bough a Groupon and it was perfect. Comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Cocktails are awesome. Great friendly wait staff.

This place was absolutely awful. First of all, we made a reservation and were still forced to wait over 20 minutes for our table. When they finally sat us, we were put at a table fit for half the size of our party. We waited another 10 minutes before we were even able to place a drink order. They had... More

Terrific experience every time. Chef Jay Cuputo is a genius. If you need to find a special place for dinner or want to have a lot of fun with a group of friends, look no further.

Friends and I along with my husband went there for dinner Friday night and it was my first time eating at Espuma. It was a very nice surprise. I had the last piece of sea bass (was warned ahead of time by the bartender) and it was delicious. What was even better was the peanut butter ice cream that accompanied... More
