We arrived on a Monday night to celebrate our anniversary. We sat at the bar to have a cocktail before going to a table. We never got to a table. The bartender/hostess/server was so wonderful we never left the bar. Her name is Florina and she is an exceptional mixologist. Not only that, she was very pleasant and made our... More

We went for the paella night on an off-season Monday, and very much enjoyed our evening. Our server, Ty, was outstanding - knowledgeable, professional, and attentive without being in the least cloying - so much so that we actually thought he might be an owner. But no, just a fine and invested server: he explained that they pride themselves on... More

If you're in Rehoboth for a nice night out and are searching for delicious food in a swanky (but unpretentious) restaurant, Espuma is the place for you. My boyfriend and I vacationed to Rehoboth for our 3-year anniversary and came to Espuma on the recommendation of friends who have parents in the area and visit often. We're so glad we... More

We visited on Christmas Eve, when Espuma was one of the few restaurants in town that was open for dinner. There was a prix fixe special featuring the restaurant's paella. I had a prosciutto and chees "cannoli" as my appetizer and my husband had the mushroom soup, both of which were excellent. I had the vegetarian paella and my husband... More

Overpriced mediocre. The paella was salty, had a few medium shrimp and a little chicken, if it was chicken. Ravioli had way too much bacon, and halibut not distinctive. No return for me.

Went on a Friday night and restaurant was only 1/3 full. Bar was packed, so we waited longer than we shoukd have for drinks. When you first enter the restaurant the room on the right was a mess with drapes barely covering it. For inner, i had the Paella which was small, with very little seafood and rice overcooked -... What a treat to find this gem of a restaurant, slightly hidden just a block of busy Rehoboth Ave. The service was impeccable and helpful in selecting items to explore. While the food was good, varied, a eclectic, the true gem of this place is its concoctions of fruit and infused martinis... Which we had to restrain ourselves from sampling... More

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at Espuma. The night we were there, they offered a dinner prepared by a guest chef. So while I cannot comment on the regular menu (which was offered that night), I can say that that food we had was excellent, and a real bargain at $45 for a 3-course menu. There was a... More

The Worst Paella!!! You have decreased the ingredients to 2 shrimp, 1 piece of bite size chicken, dried small muscles the rest was hot peppers and rice @ the price of $33.00 in a small dish. Service was Excellent - Never again..No stars for you! Will not be back!!!

Creative dishes and great staff. Cocktails a bit too sweet for my taste (bllueberry mojito). Food was tasty, but only a couple of dishes were really remarkable (we were a large group, so we tasted quite a number of different plates). And though we expected small "small plates", even the entrees were surprisingly small.
