We've lived in the area for over 20 years but never visited Espuma. What a shame! This is one of the best restaurants anywhere. Went on a winter Sunday and it was only us. Nice bread and spreads to start and some squash consume. Mezze appetizer was excellent with lots to choose from. Guest had the sea bass and it was prepared right and was excellent. I had the pallela which was overcooked. Excellent taste and ingredients. Just on the crunchy side. I put... More

We have always wanted to visit Espuma. The menu is limited but what they do have is excellent. The Chicken dish was moist, crispy and very tasty. The vegetarian platter included 7 tasty selections. The homemade donuts and ice cream were excellent.

Sat at the bar. Waitress was nice but it was clearly obvious that she preferred to spend time with the local crowd. Drinks were delicious and the environment very nice. I suppose you have to go more regularly to get decent service.

I had spaghetti from their Thursday pasta menu and it was to die for. It was also relatively inexpensive. The squash soup was also good and the presentation was elegant. It's pricey overall but worth a splurge.

Excellent experience this evening. Free goat cheese mousse taster was yummy. Sour dough bread with medley of hummus, roasted garlic and olive tapenade was good- particularly the roasted garlic. Like other reviews, the egg and bacon appetizer was very good. The salmon crudo was good as well - very fresh, though salmon may have been a little overwhelmed by the... More

I was hesitant to dine here because I had heard some mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised tonight. Everything that we ordered was delicious. I have never had chicken that was prepared so well. The desserts were fabulous. Glad to see that this Rehoboth staple is still on top!

Very disappointing...Service was slow with nobody even there...Granted we were a little late (9:15) but it was over Jazz weekend. Nice piece of halibut for $26 but wasted by not being properly prepared...

After reading many bad reviews of Espuma, I was really worried about my dinner here. When I arrived I was the only person in the restaurant at 7 PM. This made me even more worried. However after ordering a drink I really didn't like, I got the Cucumbertini the waitress recommended. It was great! An amuse-bouche of squash purée with... More

The good part: The service was great. $31 dollars for about a 6 oz piece of plainly cooked fish that was so bland I don't remember which fish it was. It was served on a nice salad that had orange chunks, I think grapes & some nice greens. No starch was served with the entree. The paella was good but... More
