We were told this was the best restaurant in Rehoboth. Mildly disappointed it,s very close quarters and noisy. They were out of the gin I wanted, all Sauvignon blancs and two of the deserts. The signature dish Paella was very average, lots of saffron rice covered few shrimp and little chorizo. The truffle ravioli was incredible. The staff was very... More

On a side street, this is a small, eclectic place Great cocktails, a bang for the buck is the flight of wines which come in real wine glasses 1/2 full; have a designated driver We had the paella, the slow cooked pork, and the salmon, all very good Now the service can get hectic with two servers, the bartender, and the... Delicious unique food. We bough a Groupon and it was perfect. Comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Cocktails are awesome. Great friendly wait staff.

This place was absolutely awful. First of all, we made a reservation and were still forced to wait over 20 minutes for our table. When they finally sat us, we were put at a table fit for half the size of our party. We waited another 10 minutes before we were even able to place a drink order. They had... More

Terrific experience every time. Chef Jay Cuputo is a genius. If you need to find a special place for dinner or want to have a lot of fun with a group of friends, look no further.

Friends and I along with my husband went there for dinner Friday night and it was my first time eating at Espuma. It was a very nice surprise. I had the last piece of sea bass (was warned ahead of time by the bartender) and it was delicious. What was even better was the peanut butter ice cream that accompanied... More

We've lived in the area for over 20 years but never visited Espuma. What a shame! This is one of the best restaurants anywhere. We split the scallop appetizer, then I had the Paella and husband had the filet. Now it's pricey, but they were 2 exquisite meals. Scallops were very delicate and flavorful, and the paella was out of... More

Went on a winter Sunday and it was only us. Nice bread and spreads to start and some squash consume. Mezze appetizer was excellent with lots to choose from. Guest had the sea bass and it was prepared right and was excellent. I had the pallela which was overcooked. Excellent taste and ingredients. Just on the crunchy side. I put... More

We have always wanted to visit Espuma. The menu is limited but what they do have is excellent. The Chicken dish was moist, crispy and very tasty. The vegetarian platter included 7 tasty selections. The homemade donuts and ice cream were excellent.
