No ketchup...what? My husband was shocked. Thrasher's boldly addressed this issue in red letters on the menu. After trying their fries, my husband realized that there was no need for ketchup. The fries are perfectly done & not oily. The medium ($6) we shared the first day made me crave for me so we got the large ($9) the next... More

There are several places to get fries along the boardwalk and Rehobeth Ave. This one seemed to be doing the most consistent business, so we tried it. Yummy! P.S. They don't have ketchup. Our kids are used to using ketchup on their fries, but they didn't have any problem gobbling them up 'au natural'.

Our family really enjoyed the fries. My kids love ketchup and they didn't even ask for it. We also got funnel cake from here which wasn't very good. Stick to the french fries!

Once a year you have to drop your guard and bury your face in these fries --skip the cheesy cheese and go for the vinegar ............ its the best, No wonder Kathie Lee Gifford hangs out here !

Not a trip to the beach without Thrasher's= first place we went on our most recent visit. Hover like a seagull around the stand as you eat your fries so you can re-dose frequently with salt and vinegar. And don't even embarrass yourself by asking for ketchup! Be ready to fend off the gulls!

My wife and I frequent the Original Thrasher's at the end of the Boardwalk in Ocean City several times a year. They are truly phenominal. We were camping at Cape Henlopen and decided to see if they were just as good in Rehoboth Beach. Unfortunately they were just not the same. Still really good, but not as good as OCMD.... More

We eat these every day on vaca. No other fries can compare, make sure you put a lot of vinegar on these fries and ask for a box to dump them in.

I was bummed that the beach luncheon wasn't around to try their funnel cake, but Thrashers did not disappoint. Service was fast and friendly- there was never a wait (I went back the next day). The funnel cakes were larger and 50 cents cheaper than the competition.

The fries here are fantastic. A must when visiting the boardwalk! They are a bit pricey considering they are potatoes, but if you like fries, you will love these!

These are good french fries. Fast service. Hot and fresh. We didn't like the apple cider vinegar (we like white). They DON'T NEED KETCHUP. If you think you need it, then you are missing the POTATO! The peanut oil they fry them in gives a different, but good taste. The large soda size offers a $1 refill "as long as... More
