I visited this restaurant with a group of 6 family members. It was a Saturday evening at 5 PM. They do not accept reservations. We waited about half an hour for a table for 6 people. I thought that was reasonable for a Saturday night in a resort town that was still very full of people after Labor Day. Myself... More

We first ate here in April, 2013 and both of our meals were great and we have eaten here every time since. We have not been disappointed. The portions are nice and they have no problems with certain changes you might want to make with a dish. We've been home for a week and my husband was still talking about... More

Heard and read great reviews about this place! Exceeded my expectations! I had a combo platter that had a crab cake and scallops, shrimp and steak all on skewers. The portions were very good and the scallops melted in your mouth. The best I have ever had. The Calamari that I ordered was fantastic and the service was really fast.... More

We truly enjoyed the seafood and the atmosphere. Although the service was fine, one incident left me with an unpleasant memory. We were two couples, with one of the men ordering a shellfish on pasta dish, the name escapes me at this moment. On top of it, there was a piece of garlic bread, which our friend proceeded to rip... The menu is very long, with various fish and shellfish made many different ways, so you will need some time to choose well. Our server was helpful in that regard, in that she pointed out her favorites across a number of categories, We both ended up with salmon, one caramelized, and the other grilled, and really enjoyed our meals. This is pretty obviously one of the most popular restaurants in the area. They don't take reservations so get there early to avoid a lengthy wait. The menu is large and diverse with options for everyone. The service is well coordinated and you can tell it's a very well run place. Appetizer (tilapia fingers), salad, and entrees all game out... We usually go to happy hour at Big Fish at least once a month and went there this evening with a friend. It's available 7 days/week at either of the bars for the first 2 hours after they open for dinner. A variety of beer Is $2.50, with selected wines for $5 which is probably about average for happy hour.... More

It passed the wife test with fresh fish and vegetables. Off the beach and not a tourist trap. Well worth a visit, but expect a wait.

I and my family have been there several times. Each time the food has been excellent. Service also very good. Their portions are a good size for the prices. They have a great selection on their Raw Bar and fresh daily fish and seafood. They do get crowded, so come early or prepare to wait. Also, get a bit noisy.
