My boyfriend and I came to Catchers in August. It was a beautiful summer day and we took advantage of their outdoor seating. They were running an all you can eat special on crab (gave you 12 at a time). They were delicious and it was such a fun experience to sit outside, drink a beer and eat crab. If... More

For many years, my wife and I have walked by Catchers, and I'm sure glad we finally stopped in. Our waitress Mary was sweet; we started with fried lobster and their cheddar soup...both yummy. I had the King Crab legs, and she had the flounder stuffed with crabmeat...great choices. Very casual beach-vibe and a must-visit-again restaurant!

Waitress was very nice but food was terribl, no flavor and the crab cakes were disgusting. Although the waitress was very nice we only saw her for a brief time as she was the only one working other than the owner/chef/bus boy/ greeter. This place has good beer and that's about it. Much better choices are within yards of this... More

Good stop for happy hour trail at Rehoboth. Can get in and out of here for cheap. Mussels and oysters were great, along with the hot wings. Puzzling its not as busy as Fin's or Henlopen Oyster House, considering they offer the oyster buck a shuck deal as well.

This place doesn't look like much but the people are friendly and the food is very good. The have a nice menu selection to choose from. I would recommend the Seafood Newburg...Delicious! and the burgers are good too. We discovered this place when we were looking for a caterer for my daughters wedding. The food is good and they have... More

We decided on this restaurant because there was a 1.5 hour wait at another one we had chosen. BIG MISTAKE! When we first walked in the door, we were not greeted at all and after standing there for sometime had to get someone's attention to be seated. The outdoor seating was sticky and looked unstable. We had to get waitresses... More

We had planned to eat at Fin's just a few doors down, but the wait there was 1 hour. No thanks! So, we went just down the street and ate at Catchers. It's not a huge restaurant, but it was just half-full when we arrived. We think there were four total waitstaff working, and some were looking a little rushed... More

We ate at this restaurant twice within the week we were there. The food was really good for all of us (there were about 9 people in our group), ranging from crabs, to pulled pork burger. Service was good as well. We would definitely go back again.

Appetizers ok and the beer was cold but goes down hill from there. Place is very dirty!!!! Don't use the restrooms unless you want to lose your appetite. Really a shame because its a great location with off street parking. Owner really needs to clean this place up!!!! Outdoor seating is a joke.
