I visit Rehoboth about every two months (I live outside DC) and always dine at a(MUSE) on Sunday night. I've never been disappointed. I've had the tasting menu a few times, but lately have enjoyed the $19.99 family meal....the best deal in town. All the staff go out of their way to please. Food is creative, fresh, and delicious. Can't... More

Did the 4 course New Years Eve menu. Two of us. Two choices each course. So we did both columns. 8 choices. From rabbit frois grois to the death by chocolate it was all a mixture of great tastes and great textures. Service was super attentive and made sure we had plates for sharing.

My overall experience at Amuse was excellent. We had a business dinner with no detracting issues with the food, service or atmosphere. Service was warm, sincere and attentive but several slips - they didn't have our reservation but had room so no problem, served a soup by accident that we didn't order and they comped it and it was outstanding.... My husband and I went to aMuse on Saturday night based on Zagat's comment about the restaurant being a potential James Beard candidate. We were seated pretty quickly and decided to order the 4 course chef's special. The meal started off with a mussels sour ("picked mussels"), followed by a thinly sliced pear salad, scallop with roasted turnips and apple,... More

My husband and I visited a(muse) for our anniversary dinner. We emailed them a few days in advance to ask if they could accommodate a vegan diet and they were happy to make that happen. We ordered an appetizer off menu and for our entrees the chef came up with two different vegan dishes for each of us. They were... More

Top local chef Hari Cameron can always be counted on for the element of surprise, but nothing was as surprising as his announcement of a two-night-a-week special "all-American family meal deal," a changing array of traditional (meatloaf, fried chicken, pot pie, etc.) dishes from a chef known for being non-traditional. And just $19.99 for the full meal (bread, salad, entree,... More

We had a very nice meal. We shared a cheese plate, potted chicken with frois gras and beef tartar as small plates. Cheese and chicken was wonderful. Tartar was okay but not a ton of taste. The mushroom and roasted vegetable gnocchi was out of this world good. Gnocchi was pillowy and veggies were perfectly roasted.

I had dinner at a(MUSE) five times over the course of four weeks in Rehoboth, each time with a different small collection of relatives and friends, so we managed to sample quite a bit of the menu (though the menu does change, depending upon what ingredients are available). It's definitely on the "must visit" list. Others agree, so be sure... More

We always make a point of dining at Amuse when in Rehoboth. There isn't anything on the menu that isn't delicious. I never know what to choose because it all is so good. Try a tasting meal if you go. Let Chef Hari choose what you will dine on after telling your server what you do and don't like. The... More
