This is my second phenomenal experience at aMUSE! Our party of 4 was greeted promptly and seated at the bar where we enjoyed the inviting and relaxing atmosphere and some great crafted cocktails, especially the dirty olive martini! After our round of drinks we were seated in a comfortable booth where our server gave us the run down and recommended... More

I recently ate at a(MUSE) and my perfect night started with the tastiest martini at the bar. The service was terrific and continued through my entire dining experience. The cheese plate was awesome, all our entrees were wonderful - especially the soft shell crabs! You have to try this place when in the Rehobeth, Dewey, Bethany and surrounding beaches!

Very little went well with our experience here. Our cocktails were tasty but we only had one drink because our server disappeared. The meal took a long time to come and given that these were small plates of nouvelle cuisine, it was all a bit confusing as to why. Dinner took so long that we were starving, and then my... More

a(MUSE) replaced the old Cafe Soleil a few years ago and at first I was sad. Cafe Soleil had been a great lunch option in town. But when our favorite bartender David moved to the new a(MUSE) we had to check it out. Now this place has the best bar scene in town. Late night dining options and desert are... More

This is the second year we've eaten here & we were not disappointed. The scallops & ribeye were delicious. The only disappointing part of the meal was my Burrata & tomato appetizer - the cheese lacked the creamy texture I was expecting from Burrata. Overall still a great experience - we will definitely return next year.

We wandered in at 10PM on a Monday night because I'd read all the chefs in Rehoboth unwind after work for the late night dining menu. It's more limited than I'd anticipated, and we ordered most of it-- the clams, the potted chicken, the pickled vegetables. And we were thrilled with the results, even though, as I say, it's clearly... More

Service was not great. I asked for a soda twice and never got it. We had to ask for our cheese tray 3 times. The waiter could not give recommendations and kept disappearing and never took the drink order for half of the table. Peach ice cream was neither peach or ice cream - more like butter. If there was... More

We chose to do the seven course tasting with wine pairings. We were so surprised and it was all very good. Scallops, sweetbreads, filet mignon, were among the courses. Wines were average, but paired nicely, not too over priced and good pours.

We had a fabulous time dining at this restaurant. We started with pre-dinner cocktails. They were tasty and well done. The Maître d' saved us a table outside, which was a fabulous spot to spend 3 hours dining. We opted for the 7 course tasting menu and we were very happy we did. Each dish was outstanding and really showcased... More

Brilliant Chef. Fabulous food and drinks. Go after 11 pm and sit at the bar and order food from the brilliant small plates menu.
