Tasting Menu challenged our minds.

We enjoyed our 7-course tasting menu, although there were a few courses that we didn't quite expect. Although our server was very polite and interested in our "like's and dislike's" in order to assist the Chef, there were 3 plates that would challenge the most discerning connoisseur. Our party of four was able to get a table right away on a hot August early evening -- we were all eager to try this restaurant, whose prices didn't look so high when compared to what other, less-well-reviewed, restaurants were charging within a few blocks. We started with a Dogfish Namaste beer, a Nate Tanner (basically a Manhattan without... More

Hari, Owner/chef was a James Beard nominated chef for the State of DE and there are good reasons for it. This is not a place for the family, kids and strollers for a huge plate of less than average food, trying to eat a lot or cheap while at the beach. This is the place to go if you want... More

We have been lucky enough to dine at some of the most amazing restaurants in the world. Tonight was one of the best meals and experiences we have EVER had. From the cuisine to the service, it was beyond compare. If you are privledged enough to have the opportunity to visit A(MUSE.), do not miss your moment. It is beyond... More

It has been one year since our last visit, and things of not slipped at all. I made reservations on Open Table for a Friday night in the high beach season. There is a field on Open Table for "special requests". We really wanted to sit outside again to eat. When we arrived, the hostess was aware of my request... More

We had our best meal of the week at a(Muse). We made a reservation for 6 pm and requested a table by the window (didn't get it but that wasn't the first time that happened to us at a restaurant in Rehoboth). We opted to do the 5 course chef's tasting menu ($69 pp) and the wine pairing ($30 pp).... More

We have only been in Amuse a handful of times but each time was very kind, gracious presentations. Whether one simply wants just a sampling of cheeses and wine or the entire five course dinner anyone will be pleased. Loved how they kept the old wood boards from Sole on the exterior wall to the left.

We sat at the bar, there were 3 of us. The bartender talked and moved very fast. He reacted when I didn't know what drink I wanted when he first asked very quickly. I then ordered a dirty martini, but got a regular vodka martini. That mistake was quickly fixed. We ordered the cheese plate with 4 cheeses which were... More

Our reservation was honored and we were seated immediately upon arrival on a busy Friday evening in late July 2015. Our waiter, Lo, was affable and very efficient. As we had a year ago, we elected to order the five course chef's tasting menu along with a $30 wine pairing. It was excellent all around. We began with a carrot... More
