Wonderful mussels in a flavorful broth accompanied by a great slice of grilled toasted bread. Sensational rockfish, done just right with a nice translucent center, with a lentil salad. Our meal was a great experience. First of all the Charcoal Octopus was probably the most unique dish I have had in over 5 years and it was very good. Fantastic recommendation by our server Tim (who did a great job as well)…

Went on 8/17 @ 4:50. We got there early and the place was empty, we didn't have a reservation and was still seated outside. We were done and gone at 5:30 and the place was still empty. What was the point of making us eat outside? Anyway on to the food... I ordered the Crabby Deviled Eggs for a starter.... More

The Shorebreak Lodge has apparently been open for some time, but it was a new find for us. The food and service were outstanding. My deckle steak was delicious, and the crab cakes were among the best that my wife has ever had. The bar is also very good, with a good selection of draft beers, With a reservation, we... More

Great happy hour prices. Good selection of food choices on the happy hour menu with decent wine. Thai wings and fries are excellent. Very friendly service.

Live in Rehoboth and this is our new favorite restaurant. Ate here for the second time this summer and had another great meal. Cool atmosphere in a small setting with big windows right on Wilmington Ave. They have some great cocktails, great service, and really good food. $15 for a burger that I would pay for over and over, it... We made a reservation and they promptly seated us in comfortable chairs near the window. We chose the basil-infused water as opposed to the usual tap. Dishes included the scallop small plate, thai chili wings, crab deviled eggs, rockfish, and the amazing surf n turf. After dining out every night for a week, I still am thinking about the surf... My husband and I decided to try Shorebreak Lodge based on reviews on Trip Advisor and Open Table. We were not disappointed. One of the reviewers said that it had a New York City feel and I would agree. The decor is clean, modern, and chic. The staff were friendly (not our experience everywhere in Delaware) and service was top-notch.... More

Last night my daughter from New York and her boyfriend and two of my other kids and wife went to this restaurant. My wife and I had been there once before. My wife was a little nervous recommending it to our NYC daughter who is a bit of a food snob. She of course would deny this accusation. In any... More

The restaurant is a little over two years young and the food is great! We ate at the bar and tried a bunch of appetizers which were all awesome! I would highly recommend the surf and turf entree with scallops and brazed short rib over risotto. (One of the best I've had!) the menu changes frequently so ask the bartender... More
