133 steps to the Atlantic...Blurring the boundary between a night in with friends, and an evening on the town, coastal gastropub cuisine, eclectic wine, handcrafted cocktails, cool beers, laid back livin'. We are locally owned and operated establishment. We start with what we call our kitchens mantra from Julia Child; "You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients." Our interpretation is too not get in the way of the food, let the ingredients speak for themselves. We mix this altogether with a nice selection of handcrafted cocktails (a must these days), craft brews, and wines, throw it all together in a relaxed beach cottage atmosphere, and try our best to provide you with the friendliest service we know how. The food at this restaurant Is out of this world. I had the short ribs and scallops last year and went back this past year, ordered the same thing.

Our favorite restaurant in Rehoboth Beach. The bar is small and gets crowded quickly during happy hour. They have a variety of $5 appetizers that some people eat for a meal. The main menu is limited and a few changes are made according to what is available. The scallops are always delicious. The short ribs are fantastic,so tender. The rare... More

Ate here with a couple of family members, and while it was very good, it's still not in the same class as the best of the Rehoboth eateries. We all opted for the butter coconut milk bisque, and it was excellent. We decided to order three entrees and share them - shrimp and grits, scallops, and char-grilled octopus. All were... More

Enjoyed the atmosphere...a little noisy but fun. We shared the Shrimp and Grits, Surf and Turf, Charred Octopus and Root Vegetables. All were interesting and perfectly prepared. Also, the service was great. And the portions were decent. I will return!

We had a really nice romantic dinner here for our evening stay in Rehoboth. The vibe was really cool in this place. We sat at a table for two with big comfy chairs. I got roasted brussel sprouts - they were delicious - and an appetizer portion of the scallops, also delicious. We would definitely come back.

Last year my friend and I tried this restaurant. I walked by earlier in the week and noticed they offered shrimp & grits which is one of my favorites. Dinner was excellent. This year I noticed the happy hour menu. It's incredible. For dinner we shared 7 appetizers (probably 5 would have been enough.) We had the mussels, brie on... More

Had the surf and turf and it was really delicious! Short rib that melted apart with scallops that wee to die for -- over risotto. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice but laid back. The burrata and Brussels sprouts were our appetizers and were also fabulous. I would definitely return!

Two of us in my dining party ordered seared scallops. One refused to eat them because he said they tasted old and preserved with salt (he's a restaurant owner himself). Foolishly, I ate mine, and boy oh boy did I regret it. I am still regretting it as I write this review. We had read and heard good things about... More
